DJ took our order around 4.10 pm and what a great young man he was so nice great customer service very polite the food was great also. 👍👍👍👍

I don’t understand why every single time you go to this Burger King and get an order through the drive through they ask you to park and bring it out to you?!?!? Literally every time I’ve been here and then once you’ve parked you wait 30 minutes for a burger and fries? What has happened to this Burger King? I’m sitting here writing this while two people mop the floor pushing the water onto the car they’ve asked to park by the door and two more people watch. Is this why it’s so hard to get a burger?

pulled up to the drive thru during business hours and they never answered, pulled up to the window they just shook their head, refused to take my order would give negative stars if could, burger king aint even good like that to be doin all this.

I feel sorry for the one Spanish guy who was working his tail off trying to manage both the drive thru, front counter, and running parked car orders out, all by himself. I waited in the drive thru forever and had an issue so came inside, and waited nearly 15 minutes before being attended to. The gentleman in the kitchen could only help so much because he wasn’t familiar with the register to take the order.
And where was the manager during all of this, on his phone, walking up and about the back area and outside. It would be fine if they had lobby kiosks where you take and pay for your own order, but they don’t!
This is ridiculous, and I would strongly suggest anyone thinking about coming here to try somewhere else where your time will be respected.

The lady running the store was a temp GM but she was handling it like a boss. Most of her staff appeared to be still training and she said in fact thats true. She was doing a great job delegating and trying to make sure things ran smooth. Wasn't even mad they put lettuce on my stuff. Order on the app its much cheaper!

I went through the drive thru and ordered two meals . The young black lady that took my order sounded very frustrated and upset that we was ordering . She handed us the food with no greeting of customer service. My significant other fries were extremely salty and also mines as well . We then went around to try and get a remake but not realizing that they were closed , even though they close at 12am and it was only 11:40pm . We waited for almost 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention . My significant other seen someone near the dumpster and so he tried to get their attention , when we did wait for her , the girl name was bre , he asked her are you guys open and she said “ I don’t know “ then he said you don’t know if your open and she replied “ I don’t know “ and so he stated at the window for another black lady to come and she tried to help but the girl bre was telling her what to say and it was not helpful at all . He asked for a receipt and they didn’t want to give us one . He then tried to tell her the fries were salty and she said that the fryers were shut off . It was 20 minutes left and are fries were fresh but very salty . There’s no way within 28 minutes of us being there they had already shut down the fryers , this location was my first and last time coming there . The back door was opened for more than 30 minutes while no one was seen as well . Please get this handled .

We go through this drive thru every couple of months. Most of the time the food is hot but average. The staff reciprocates kindness but not overly friendly. It is just ok, I do wish BK could be more consistent in their food quality and customer service. They always seem to have great brand collabs (Cinnabon and other past deals) but they nearly always mess up the delivery by not having it or not serving it properly. They are also always out of something; syrup, ketchup, napkins. Their app is also glitchy.

Came in for breakfast this morning and was told she (woman with red locks) couldn't make changes to the order...as we were making it. No cards were swiped, and with 2 people standing in front of her and only one burger ordered she claimed she already submitted the order. Gave an excuse that she'd have to give reason as to why it was canceled to add on. She clearly didn't want to do her job...mind you there was one couple already eating in the dining area and only 1 car in the drive through.

After I paid for my food which was already way more expensive than what I thought it would be, the lady asked me to pull around front and they would bring out my order. There was already a car there and after 9 mins of waiting there, 2 more cars pulled behind me. I received my food, which was COLD and the fries had some sort of residue all over them. I told myself I would never come back to this BK cause of past experiences, but I was hungry and tried to give them another shot. Well, once again... I will NEVER go to this BK ever again! No one answers the phone when you call so how can I speak to someone about it?

I placed a mobile order from this restaurant for my lunch break. Upon arrival, I was told the broiler was down and they couldn't make my meal, that i could get chicken instead of a burger or just comeback later (none of which worked for me) but that they couldn't cancel the order because apparently they are a third party to their own app. The staff was dismissive like it wasn't their problem. I will not be returning to this location.
