The service is bad. I stop by on my way to work some mornings, and it doesn't matter if the only car in line, they ask me to pull around and they will bring the food out. I get my food after waiting, and it's cold. I'm never going back there.

This place is an absolute joke. Whoever owns/runs this store should just stop. You are horrible and here’s why:
Your store is so bad that absolutely no one wants to work there. It’s so bad that we ordered food on the mobile app, went thru the drive thru, the automated voice with the deals came on, and then for 5 minutes — nothing. I pull up to the window and see no one there. We park and go inside and there’s one person sitting and eating inside. There must be someone there, right? I go to the counter and there’s a lady who comes up and asks if we need anything. I explain I was waiting at the drive thru for a mobile order. She says it’s because they have no staff. I asked if I could cancel. She says she only works back of house and that there’s someone who should be coming in soon but she’s outside right now. I look out and there’s some girl just standing by a black SUV talking to some guy in it. She never came in and we left.
This place always seems to be right on the cusp of this.
Owner, please just close this store OR actually commit to it being better. We don’t want trashy businesspeople running trashy businesses in Apopka. This isn’t working. Improve the look of the store, pay people more, and stop running the store so poorly that not even a manager wants to work there.
I won’t be going back. I don’t know why everything in and around Apopka has to be the trashiest version of it, but this Burger King is up there with the worst of it.
And to corporate Burger King: stop offering mobile orders to stores like this and stop offering literally no support. I used a free whopper coupon on this and can’t even get it back. The chat bot does just about nothing. And saying you’ll respond back in 48 hours via email isn’t what people who are ordering food and already paid are looking for.

Holiday hours state that it’s going to be open from 10am. No staff in sight. Locked doors. I have a feeling they’re hiding in the back to collect a paycheck. That, or everyone called in today. Lights are on and it looks like they can open the doors any minute. I haven’t had a good experience at this location since I moved here two years ago. I recommend you eat elsewhere.
Didnt check my order when I left. Went to call the phone was disconnected so have no way to reach and I was already down the street

Cashiers/Servers are always kind. The service is good, usually prompt. I have had mistakes on orders, but usually they are correct. I understand, everyone can make a mistake… I know I have! I’m not sure why, but the inside of the restaurant seems to be closed at night, earlier than the usual BK hours, so I really can’t give a proper review on the inside of the establishment.
Vegetarian options: I have always enjoyed the “Veggie Whopper”, which is a regular Whopper, minus the beef patty.
