As a visitor to the state, I stumbled upon Calypso and was immediately impressed by their top-notch and welcoming service. While I waited, the owners shared that their coffee is imported from a family farm and even offered excellent recommendations on which beans to purchase. I also found it amazing that they sell green beans, so if you're interested in roasting your own, you have that option. Last but not least, the coffee itself: as a coffee shop adventurer, I typically order a latte to gauge the quality of an establishment. Needless to say, Calypso crafted a banging latte that was well-balanced and packed with flavor.

Calypso Coffee Bar is a cool little spot with a laid-back vibe. The coffee was strong and tasty, just what I needed to kickstart my day. The baristas were friendly and knew their stuff. The space is cozy but not cramped, making it great for a quick coffee or a chill hangout. Definitely a good find if you’re into quality brews without the fuss.

I was absolutely enchanted by Calypso Coffee Bar! From their beautiful Mermaid logo and Greek mythology-themed drinks and decor to the super sweet and friendly staff, to the incredibly delicious Calypso Chai and gluten-free Avocado Toast, just perfection. My husband and I will definitely be back!

So I saw these guys in the clock app, and wanted to come by for the collab. The coffee is good they use coffee beans from their own farm, this is a family owned business and is pretty amazing. I got the Kuromi inspired collab drink and it was pretty tasty.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, and it’s An amazingly cute coffee shop.
They have food that I didn’t get to try this time but will update when I do.
They also sell the coffee beans roasted and unroasted, if you enjoy their coffee!
If you’re in the area and like coffee or just hello kitty and friends you should swing by and check them out.
We had the pleasure of stopping here while on vacation at Wekiwa Springs. Great vibe, friendly service, family business, with a great story. Come by and support them! Coffee was super fresh (one of the best I’ve had) and so were the pastries. I will be back when we visit the area again!

Super cute atmosphere and one of the best local coffees i’ve had. It’s also super amazing that a portion of the proceeds go to the farms where they source their coffee! Drove 30 minutes just to try it and was not disappointed, definitely will be coming back to try more of their specialty drinks.
