First time at Calypso during my social media coffee shop tour. I believe it was the owner that asked me to unplug my laptop charger stretched across the floor because it’s a “fire hazard and they would be liable” lols. Seems to be very dramatic as it was on the floor and not lifted, the chairs close to the wall have no back so not comfortable for long term sitting which is why I didn’t move ,but that was my only issue.The staff behind the counter 10/10 ! My coffee was very tasty that’s some delicious espresso! And the pastries taste very fresh ! I also believe a portion of their profit is donated to Guatemala and I love that ! Definitely check them out for drinks or just to hang out, but I’ll probably stick to Birchwood for a more free & comfortable work vibe.

This place is super cute. I had the Hade’s Wrath spicy chocolate coffee and it was to die for. Will definitely be back. Supporting a small local business that makes amazing coffee drinks is a no brainer! Before you go to Starbucks, try these ladies instead!

Super cute coffee bar and I love how it is a family business that they soured their own coffee! We got a flight of 4 different coffees which were all so yummy! Loved the Calypso and the creme brûlée! What I will say, the flight was WAY over priced. It was $25 I thought for that price we would get full sized coffees, but we got tiny ones. Probably paid $25 for 2 shots of espresso total so for me personally that was disappointing. Could have paid the same price for 4 full size coffees so I don't know why the price was $25 for the little ones.... Overall I'd come back and try some more coffees. Inside is nice to relax or study and they have many tables to chill!

Another great addition to the Apopka coffee options, so glad they opened! I love their seasonal options, you can pretty much modify and request any slight changes to your drink but their seasonal treats are also great. The cafe is cute and cozy, they have good music playing in the background and overall the ambiance is nice to get some work done. I will be back for more coffee and treats.
