I’ve tried every coffee shop in Apopka, and you can tell that Canon has put their heart and soul into their menu items. From the PB&J and Hummingbird Lattes, to their Club Sandwich, Lemon 🍋Cake Pops, Guava Matcha Poptarts and Cinnamon Rolls. I had the luxury of being treated to several of their delicious treats, and nothing was subpar.
The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, the staff is pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend Canon for your Coffee Stops and I can’t wait to treat myself again soon! 🖤

Good people with good drinks. Very kind employees and super calm atmosphere with a good selection of drinks available and even some merchandise lol. The parking is a little lacking as it can get crowded but for a good reason too. Would recommend to anyone and it’s always good to support local businesses instead of giving money to mega corporations that lack character

This is a cute homie, cozy cafe. Fast and gentle service. Their Seasonal drink Pistachio latte was one of top three coffees i have ever tried. I tried mine with iced with oat milk and normal dairy cold foam. It was So good i wish i ordered a gallon of it ?.

It's not what I expected, incomplete order, it took them a while to serve the ladies, I didn't like them and it was very expensive.

What a great little spot! Cafe con leche is spot on. Cinnamon roll was confusing...it was a bit dry but enormous so I don't know whether to be disappointed or pleased. Really nice vibe.
A bit of a hidden gem, right in town. The coffee is phenomenal and perfectly complements your choice of breakfast item (I recommend a breakfast sandwich). And there are plenty of rooms with tables and seats to work, study, or relax. Highly recommended!

I love this spot! The coffee is absolutely amazing, especially the fall season selections. The Maple Macchiato Latte is definitely a must have. Definitely a nice spot to work remotely or read a book and relax. I’m definitely coming back here and hope anyone reading this checks out Canon Coffee!
