Let me start by saying this was my first time trying them since I'm new to Florida and I'm disappointed in the advertising scam they have going on. I ordered the 10 wings and under it, it says "make it a meal for $1 more", I explained wh fat the sign states and they dismissed it so I ended up paying $22 for 10 wings, fries and a small drink! To top it off, while I was eating, there were termites falling from the ceiling and all around my feet!!!!

Hello Foodies....First and Foremost, I'll say that I am born and raised in North Philadelphia and I enjoy Cheesesteaks. My work history has a lot of food service jobs. I noticed that at this location, the team was entirely swapped out. The manager had a presence that made me sense that the service wasn't basic. She communicated with her team efficiently to ensure that they knew what had to be done. The team also communicated amongst themselves. Even the younger woman with the red hair kept slight eye contact with the dine in people so we wouldn't feel neglected. Small thing to give an huge feel good.Although, the small wait from the drive through affected my order, the time it took to make indeed showed it's craftsmanship. I didn't want lettuce on it but it was on it anyways. However, that was one of the best Phillies I've ever had outside of my hometown. THIS IS THE ONE when it comes to Charley's in Apopka.Parking: PlentyKid-friendliness: If i remember correctly, they might have a Robot Waiter.

Quality of food has gone good to fair. Chicken sandwich tasted like beef. That tells you that grill is not being cleaned sufficiently. Hubby said steak sandwich was bad. Never going to this location again.

These folks can't handle more than two items in an order. Recently, my kids recieved cold fries with their meals and one of them were wrong. Out of the 4 times Ive been here my order was right once and that was when they first opened.
