I ordered for the first time on a while because I use to love their food. I dunno if it’s because of inflation and me cooking most of my food but the taste has gone downhill over time. The burger meat tastes awful. The Philly cheese bites were ok but some were empty, just the breading. If you’re questioning whether to cook at home or take a chance on this place, I’d suggest saving your money. They are cutting costs on quality bad.

The fries were hot and fresh, but my burger was just barely microwaved at all. It was almost cold in the middle and the AI box that took my order repeatedly messed up what I asked for so I was missing condiments and extra things I asked for.

This is the third time I have bought tenders from Checkers and they give me less quantity and also burnt or raw... the latter is serious. Raw chicken can cause serious health problems! They swear at people's health and NEVER respond to complaints. Bad product and worse customer service. I have already decided not to return to Checkers, but for health reasons they should close that commercial establish

The worst Checkers location ever!
I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at the Checkers on Main Street in Apopka. On several occasions, I’ve received fewer tenders than ordered, and tonight was the worst yet. Despite asking the cashier to verify our order, we arrived home to find that the 5-piece box only had 4 tenders, which were completely raw—a serious health hazard due to the risk of salmonella, we had to trash them all. Additionally, the 8-piece box was overcooked and burnt.
I strongly advise avoiding this location.
When you call customer service to make a complaint, they never answer the phone, so customer service is also the worst.
Last night the 21 st between eight and nine I ordered one sandwich the champ ,,and I definitely definitely want to give a big shot out to who made the sandwich,and manager on duty that let the person care about my sandwich,, usually when you Uber eat you get some pretty bad stuff,from anywhere,,so big thank you,that sandwich was the bomb ????

This was the Apopka Main Street store. Horrible customer service at the window. We were given our food on one side, then we were asked to go around to the other window for our drinks and slushies. We waited at the window for 8 minutes with no communication. I finally had to knock on the window and beep our horn and the girl prepping the fries wouldn't even look at us but I know she heard us because she made a face that gave it away. Finally the guy that gave us the food at the other window went towards the back of the store and came up with our drinks. We politely a possible told him that they could have said something to us on why we had to sit for so long. Instead he continued to take care of other customers who came and went as we sat there and waited. By the time we got home, which was only 2 miles away our food was all cold and the slushies were just liquid. My husband requested tomatoes on one of his sandwiches and did not get any and I asked for extra pickles and got 2. We paid $50 for bad service and missing items and blue colored sugar water. Also, my husband ordered a super sized fry and it was only filled half way!! I have a picture of it...ridiculous. We both feel that the employees were rude and not assertive at all, especially the girl that did everything in her power to ignore our presence. They handled our order poorly and unprofessionally.

The fries were not fresh. Just because it went through the fryer to warm it up does not make it fresh when you bite into the fry it's just dry potato stick
