Drive thru every time I go to this location is horrible. Slow service even with the right layout based on other store designs. It's the closest to my house but I might be able to drive further and get back sooner by going to other locations. Please fix your kitchen and efficiency.

I ordered a salad and they gave me no dressing. I had to get out of my car just to go to the window to ask for dressing which is frustrating considering I’m with my daughter. Then they have an attitude whenever you ask for anything like ketchup dressing or anything else. I get the line is ALWAYS long but at least treat people with kindness and take responsibility for mistakes on your end. The workers don’t seem as friendly as most places I’ve been too.

Nelson.... wow.... where do I start? I dont even have the words for this experience! They deserves all the Blessings coming their way & a GEM that BETTER be protected!!!!!! Everyone is great but WOWWWWW! NELSON TAKES THE CAKE ! 20/10 on a professional scale! Please, everyone take notes from Nelson. Ship him to Gainesville Fl so he can show em how it's done!
