I was dreaming of a Triple Dipper for a week straight, and finally went in and got one. Worth the wait!! Food was great, servers were attentive, and Kim made my night! She was so friendly and made sure we felt cared for. I will be coming back to see her soon!

Wow It’s 5:20 pm : I’ve always been a fan of Chili's, but my recent visit to this Apopka location was disappointing. While the food was great “ Way To Go Kitchen You Guys Rock💎💎💎💎, Now the bar experience was a taste palette letdown.

The bar is crucial for setting the right atmosphere, and unfortunately, my bartender struggled with a simple drink order a Long Island Iced Tea. This is a basic cocktail that should be easy to make, and when it doesn’t taste right, it’s a problem. When I was offered a remake, I declined; if it wasn’t made correctly the first time, I didn’t have confidence it would be any better.

Having worked in the entertainment industry for over 17 years and having sampled drinks from around the world, I can confidently say that a bartender should be able to craft a basic drink properly. It’s disappointing to leave drinks untouched due to poor quality.

I hope the team can improve their bartending skills, as I would love to return for the food, but the bar experience needs significant enhancement.

If the guy is training 5pm you need all hands on deck.. We need bartenders with experience at the helm’s of this ship..

In all the years this restaurant has been open I'll bet there hasn't been a single employee that knows the difference between blue cheese and ranch. Never get the correct dipping sauce.

Love this one so much more than the one on East Semoran! The staff is very kind and the food is always fresh, hot and correct. The restaurant looks clean.

Paid $2.00 extra for burnt bacon. Mayonnaise on sandwich was so thick that it looked like cheese and made the burger soggy and gross. Fries cold. All a terrible take out service! Need better quality inspection when serving and preparing take out before just give to customers thinking you can hide it if it is take out. Definitely would not be acceptable service if it was a dine in experience. Shame, shame!!!!

Just order a mushroom Swiss burger, and was very gresse, the meat taste like old meat and the mushrooms taste very bad.

My oldest son, wife, three of his children my brother, my daughter-in-law's father all had dinner. The server was excellent. She made sure we had everything before we even asked, drinks, was poured without asking, food went to the right people, without getting mixed up. We had eight in our party. One of the other servers even took a picture of our table for us. I have stage 4 breast cancer that has metastasized to my bones and we don't know how long I have or how many pictures will be able to get as family. So thanks for the great service and the great food. End of course your employees.

Dietary restrictions: Great salads 😋 I actually had the best taco bowl salad.

Parking: This is one of my favorite Chili's. Also my son and his wife 😁

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely for small children they have the coloring menu, and high chairs and boosters.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots and flat surface so wheelchairs can come in.
