Our server was absolutely amazing we had a table of 16 and she tended to us like we were a table of 2 She never let us ask for refills, water, and most of all extra stuff like ranch and other stuff. She was friend and kept that smile even though I know we were driving her crazy. So for that I wanna give a big thumbs up One again thank you Also Big thumbs up to the kitchen crew I know our order was big and again they handled it like true professionals. So again Thank You!!!

I came with my daughter last night, and Britni was our server—she was amazing! She was very attentive even while busy, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was hot, and the service was fast and friendly. Great experience overall because of our server we’ll definitely be back!

The place smelled so bad, like a dirty mop. I have never been to one that dirty. They advertised a dish on the front door 1pm. The server told me I have to be seated at the bar to get a specific dish. Too much salf added, and almost the lemonade was way too sour. I'm not happy at all. I still gave the server a full tip even though his attitude was poor.

Went to chili’s the other day to get some lunch! Me and hubby decided to try some burgers, and they were absolutely delicious! The service was amazing as well as management stopping by to see how our experience was. Definitely will be coming back!

Wow, what a turn around in this establishment. I heard the management changed and you can see an immediate impact. I’ve never had such a positive experience. The food was spot on, tasted great; hot and fresh. The Nashville Hot is so tasty! Will return soon especially if these improvements continue. You have earned my support.

Do not order to-go food! They clearly do not give a crap about to-go orders. Every order we have placed to-go is missing items, food quality issues - like overcooked food and the potato soup was old as heck and nasty. My salad had barely anything in it and looked disgusting. At least if you eat in the restaurant you can send the garbage back - but they don't pull that crap when your in house.
