Food was great and came out quickly. We went mid day during a very slow time of maybe 4 tables. It was a ghost town when we walked in. Not a server in site. Waited a 5 or more minutes to be seated when a server came out only to check on her table. Later another customer was annoyed by waiting so long to be greeted and walked to the kitchen door and yelled hello, anyone here. Lol

To be honest Chili's is falling off they need to get their act together. The whole experience is just average now and the food is not that great the menu looks good with the food is just not that great I had a burger and fries and they used to make decent burger and fries but them buns seem like they're a little bit stale the presentation is off it just isn't what it used to be.

The atmosphere was clean, upbeat, and perfect for a casual night out. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout the meal. Even the manager stopped by to check in and make sure we were enjoying our visit — a nice touch that shows they truly care about customer experience. If you’re in the Apopka area and craving great food with even better service, this Chili’s location is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back soon!
