Service was TERRIBLE a girl that was at the cash register she tall skinny darkskin and had burgundy braids was VERY rude and disrespectful first the man messed up my bowl and added queso when I never asked so I told her that she huffing and puffing looking at me in some type of disgust even the customer next to me even saw her it took EVERYTHING in me not to ask for the manager or even write to corporate because what do I expect at this specific chipotle this place is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I will never force anyone to make me spend my money. It appeared they had decided not to cook anything else for the night and the food like dry and left much to be desired. Yet, I stood there and waited as several employees walked past me, never acknowledged me until I decided to leave, then the employee tried to pretend that he was getting gloves, which I would have appreciated but a simple greeting would have been appreciated too. Also let mind you I was the only person in the store other than the 6 to 8 employees. My only recommendation for anyone visiting this location is to skip it and go to Tijuana Flats around the corner. Better service, better food, better atmosphere and fresher food.

After 2 minutes of eyerolls, filthy conditions and nasty attitudes, I just walked away. Its disgusting. Best advice I can give if try one of many restraunts in thea that will treat you well, give you a clean place to eat, and serve good food. It used to be OK, but there is no reason to go there anymore.

Extremely rude staff, tried to pay with a gift card. Staff member was frustrated with my gift card and the staff member gave me attitude about it. The place is very disorganized from orders to who is taking your order.
straight butt cheeks, ordered on the app and my chicken bowl was super light on the double chicken and guac which I paid extra for??? What’s the point of charging extra and giving me less than the damn scoop

I went in here today around noon and the guy on the line. Literally put half a scoop of brisket in my bowl, And when I told him that’s not even a full spoon, he ignored me and moved on. It’s damn near $15 for that brisket and half the time it’s full of fat so to only put half a scoop is not OK.

2:15 Tuesday afternoon employees playing games on their phones yelling at each other. After standing at the order counter with no other customers in sight we were asked what we wanted, no hello, thanks for coming it was obvious we were disturbing their afternoon siesta. The facility was filthy, tables not cleaned, floor dirty. We were planning to eat inside but it was not inviting at all. Food was good, will not visit again due to cleanliness and staff unfortunately.

Nasty. Stains on my dishes. Hard rice a dry beans served in very low portions. Chips are salty. When I returned the store was disgusting. I did contact management and it was over a week before responding. I had high hopes for this location. I hope to add pictures.
