Me and my Husband) have been coming here for over two years. The staff at this location is the best. They’re very professional very kind. It’s our favorite chipotle to go to. Manager is great and the employees as well.

Wow absolutely disappointing! Chipotle is continuing to go down hill, zero quality control. Nothing about my order was accurate. I ordered a steak salad, no rice or cheese and when I checked the label was right but when I got home and opened it, it was completely wrong. I got rice, chicken, pinto beans and a ton of cheese. I paid for extra guacamole and did not receive that either. I also got a steak burrito and even that was wrong all around. Plus the chips were cold and stale. Paying over $30 is worth it when it’s good but this was bad and Chipotle should be able to better. I wish I could say this was a one time thing but it keeps happening. This was just the worst case scenario. Going to find a better alternative, hard pass from now one.

Very disappointed with this Chipotle. I paid for double portions on both bowls, but barely got half a spoon more. I asked for extra sour cream, and the girl kept pretending to add more even though the container was clearly empty. Terrible service — stay away from this location

Update: I’m genuinely disappointed by how far this location has declined. The atmosphere has become very unprofessional. While waiting to be served, the employees were openly talking about when they were leaving and complaining about tasks they didn’t want to do—saying they were “going home soon” and weren’t planning to finish their work. They ignored customers until their personal conversation ended, and when they finally acknowledged me, their tone was rude and dismissive, asking, “What you want?” instead of offering a simple greeting.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this behavior. I’ve picked up orders here several times through DoorDash and have seen them treat other customers the same way.
The food quality has also dropped noticeably. Portions were minimal, the rice serving was tiny, and the steak was dry. This wasn’t during a rush either—there was only one other customer in the restaurant.
This used to be one of my favorite locations, but it’s completely lost its sense of quality and professionalism. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
The best food ever! I can eat Chipotle every day! I do recommend ordering online and picking up in the restaurant as this is an extremely busy location with times the line is out the door.

The girl working to go orders at 5pm on Saturday Friday 26th started screaming at me after she told me the order would be ready. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. You should be have to get screamed at for asking a question.

TERRIBLE female staff member working 8/26 closing with a long braid to her butt. So rude to customers she didn’t find “attractive” I guess is the best word. Could barely acknowledge, listen or give right portions to the other customers, she gave barely have a spoon of chicken to me and when I asked for me she said she would charge me for double protein. So rude to coworker, was pushing him out of the way while he was in the middle of an order and telling him to do his job (when he was). Will probably never go back to this chipotle if this is the kind of staff they allow. TERRIBLE.
