Chipotle Mexican Grill

At this point, I’m convinced this Chipotle is running a social experiment to see how wrong they can get an order before customers completely lose faith in humanity. Five for five — that’s not bad luck, that’s a talent.

My DoorDasher sent the attached photo — he stood there for 10 minutes while the staff did their best impression of mannequins. Nobody looked up, nobody spoke, nobody cared. It’s like watching a live-action documentary called ‘The Death of Customer Service.’

Then, when they finally decide to make the food, it’s like they spin a wheel of random ingredients and say, ‘Close enough.’ I honestly have to know — where do you find these employees? Craigslist’s “Bare Minimum Enthusiast” section?

You must give out a ‘Worst Employee of the Month’ award, because the competition at this location must be fierce. I can only assume Chipotle corporate thinks they’re too big to fail — maybe give Bud Light or Cracker Barrel a call and ask how that mindset worked out for them.

At this rate, I’m half-expecting my next order to just be an empty bag and a handwritten note that says, ‘We tried’.

I would like to say thank you specifically to the employee named Joshua, who has wonderful customer service skills. We come here with my family often and each time he is on the line, he has shown nothing, but friendliness, respect and patience. He also has a great sense of humor, which adds to the overall experience.
The store is clean, orderly. Highly recommend!

This place seems to be going downhill. I just walked in and spit five minutes in line. No one greeted me. No one said be right with you. Everybody’s walking around doing everything but serving customers when I finally got service I was greeted with what can I get for you no apologies for the wait. No nothing. The service is definitely not there. The food at this location for some reason is very bland but it just happens to be the one closer to my home and each time I come here I get reminded as why it’s not worth it just take the extra 10 minutes and go to the other location which is way better. The manager clearly doesn’t give no cares about the employees or the Customer Service attitude reflect leadership in this place clearly has no leadership.

I order and pickup via chipotlane - they are always on time at this location good stuff

I took my daughter and her friend to get some food to go. When they got to the house the food tasted like pure lime. The flavor and smell of lime was overwhelming. Needless to say it was thrown out.

Ordered online for pick up. The food was ready when we arrived. Staff was very friendly. Our chicken bowls were full and very tasty. They did not skimp on any of the ingredients. The kids tacos were a hit as well!

Every time I come here, all the employees are very nice and have smiles on their faces(and I am ashamed to say one lady even knows my order by heart..lol). Even when they are at their busiest, you don't have to wait long. I have never had an issue with this location or with my order. Thanks for your great customer service!!

If you want a meal fast this is a go to place, I go for the bowl with carnitas and white rice topped with pinto beans and corn, lettuce and cheese with guacamole 😋

The night time crew is terrible. Every time they are out of food, slow, don’t care about the employees and consistently forget things. The afternoon crew is the exact opposite.

They make it quick but DO NOT leave without opening and checking every single item in your order!!!!! They get it wrong more than they get it right!!!!
The first time we ordered they got everything correct and everything was fresh and great! The next 2 times they gave us disgusting GREY OLD guacamole - it was so gross! We don’t even order it anymore now. Waste of $3. We just get our own whole avocado which is also a gamble but at least it’s cheaper.
The last 3 times they screwed up the order. I check orders before leaving because I don’t trust people to follow directions but my boyfriend forgets to check. He’s driving back there right now because you cannot call and get a human EVER! You get an infuriating automated system and then have to use the chat. I hope a manager sees this and re-trains people. It’s a consistent problem! Save yourself the headache and either open and check every single item before leaving or maybe a different location has workers who can follow directions.
When he went back to have our order remade the beef on the line was old and dry and the guy noticed and made ours with fresh meat so that was good. The food is actually pretty good for fast food.

Portions are huge! A burrito bowl is enough for 3 adults but it’s mostly rice - a good meat portion for 1 person but it isn’t in proportion with the total amount of food which feeds 3.

They need more help. Not enough workers

1st time i went i placed a pickup order for a quesadilla and they forgot to put the whole quesadilla in the box so i had to drive back to go get it. the second time i got the same order and they barley gave me any sides. i had to ask the same manager who was there when they forgot my quesadilla the other time i went to fix it and both times she’s just laughing and not taking the issue serious.
