Chipotle Mexican Grill

It only gets 4 stars 🌟 because I'm not personally a fan of Chipotle like my husband and daughter does they can eat it 1 or 2 plus times a week. I ate it alot 13yrs ago when I was pregnant with my now 13yrs old. But now I can't eat spicy food anymore.

The lady in glasses who works the mobile order pickup window is insanely rude. She’s not there every time, and everyone else has been lovely. But she acts like doing her job is an insane burden. She treats you like trash.

Always fresh and healthy ingredients to choose from for my burrito. They stuff them so full at this West Rd / Clarcona Ocoee Rd location that nearly everytime we go, at least one of us gets an extra tortilla to hold it all together. They definitely value happy customers by providing generous portions.
Hands down the best food value on our side of town!!!

This is a very basic Chipotle experience with the food quality is just going down so much to the point where I was feeling so sick after I ate this food. It's supposed to be healthy but it has a bunch of salt in it and then they don't even give you a lot of meat anymore The price just isn't worth it at all and like I said the food quality sucks now

everyone seemed a bit stressed i understand, the guy making my bowl was kind. everyone seemed kind. the girl at the register didn’t say much though. it kinda made me feel a type of way, but i don’t know what people are going through. All she could say was “scan” like damn!!! i’m smiling and being kind. i hope her day gets better.

They never fill up the chicken cup with chicken I ask and they told me is only 4 oz chicken but this is the only chipotle that is doing that

Every time I come here it’s a 20-30 min wait because they are out of rice. This has happened three times in a row. All visited around 6 pm. The food line is disgusting. The drink / utensils area is always a mess. The people that work here truly don’t care and it shows. Probably best to order ahead.

Slow, 20 person line during dinner time. Multiple left the store. Out of both rice, two meats and queso at the same time. Impressive.

Was excited about this location. However, EVERY time, the food area is so dirty, portions are so small, drinks are watered down and utensils are always low or out. The breaking point was cleaning the glass above the food. The lady in front of me complained before I could and was told by Junior (who takes his job way too serious in the worst way) that the CHEMICALS ARE FOOD GRADE. Imagine...food grade chemicals being sprayed on the food...YUMMMM!

This is our “home” Chipotle and we are always impressed with the service and food. But today, we were especially impressed with Trevon working the midday shift and on the line on his own. In the time that we were there, he had to change out the chicken, black beans, white rice, cheese, sour cream, and to go lids. And he did it on his own with a smile and efficiency. Thanks, Trevon!

So many workers and always behind and some food items waited 15 minutes for somebody to cut the chicken up and put it on a bowl in order to serve me. Another worker proceeded doing other stuff. They never served my food I left.15 minutes in line It’s ridiculous. Specially, for their most sold item, which is chicken never coming back
