Going here was a mistake. They were rude got our order wrong. and when we told them it was wrong they gave us another order that was wrong. and when we asked them to take out the biscuit because my mom is highly allergic to honey but only has a allergic reaction if she consumes it and they completely ignored that and when we asked them to fix it the second one we got had a biscuit in it again. I would not waist my money on this place if you want fast food there are better places like zaxbys.

I've been sick for a week so my husband, never have eaten at one of your locations, went to grab us some dinner. He said the drive thru was rude. Also our order wasn't correct. Chicken wasn't spicy and we weren't given the 4 biscuits that came with the order. Needless to say he wasn't happy and we wont be back.

The chicken is good but tasteless. There is no seasoning on the chicken. I put salt and garlic powder on it to give it some taste(flavor)

It's a fried chicken fast food restaurant, they also have mashed potatoes fries, Okra, . Etc. Very good customer service!
Food was not up to pare chicken was cooked in bad grease. Everything was cold. And this was the food I to feed my family not cool I will not eat here

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a 15 piece tender family meal for $28.75, got home and the tenders were not hot and hard. I went back with the food and the girl behind the counter was telling it was just made and then started telling the girl at the drive thru that she gave me too much sauces. Instead of making it right she wanted to a true that the food was just cooked. Give me my money back and I will go to Olive Garden for a meal.

Wow this chicken is bland and would never go back. Heavy crispy breading but, that all folks. There are no spices, of any sort to make this chicken stand out. What a waste of money so don't waste a trip going here. We got the food to go and was the first and last time we ate there.

We ordered a family 12 piece meal with 3 large sides and 6 biscuits for $20. We didn't even get a whole chicken (standard pieces you would assume you get in every 8 piece or bigger). Everything was legs and thighs and that's not what the meal said. Chicken and fried okra was good, but mashed potatoes were watery and had hardly any gravy. The Mac 'n' Cheese was... meh. I used to like Church's Chicken, but definitely not going back to this location again!
