The last two times that I placed drive thru orders I received incorrect items. On my last visit, the burger I got was black and my pretzel bites were hard as rocks. I threw away over $20 in food and asked for a refund, but was denied.

On 11/16/25 I went to this location and it was unacceptable. The drive-thru employee, Misty, was noticeably rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a cup holder, she acted irritated and told me they “come out with the custards,” even though I didn’t order any. She handed it to me with attitude.
When I asked for straws, she repeated that “there’s an order to how we do things” instead of simply providing basic items. I’ve never had to request a cup holder or straws separately at any Culver’s, and I’ve never encountered this kind of attitude here before.
If this is the level of customer service being allowed, management needs to address it immediately. This experience was far below Culver’s usual standard.

I went through the Culver’s drive-thru and ordered three meals. Reese handed me three drinks with only one cup holder, and they spilled all over me, my car, and even my door speaker. I was soaked and upset, and instead of showing concern, Reese acted completely nonchalant and even argumentative.
When I asked to speak with a manager, Jordan came to the window and made me feel like I was the problem. He spoke down to me, humiliated me in front of other employees, and treated me like my experience didn’t matter at all.
I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and honestly shocked. I have never been treated this way at any restaurant. This was not just bad service — it was humiliating. I will never return to this location and will not recommend it to anyone.
