Recent Reviews

Culver’s offers better service and food than most fast-food chains, but it’s still average. The ButterBurgers and custard are decent but unremarkable, and the higher prices may not feel justified. Polite staff and table service are nice touches, but the food doesn’t stand out.

The chicken fingers have a weird texture and I don’t recommend them. I’m not typically one to complain about textures but they were not as expected. Maybe the burger is better? Ice cream is top quality. The people at the drive thru took forever and weren’t explicit with their instructions and were yelling at us to pull forward when they never said to do so to begin with. Ugh. Took way too long for fast food.

Usually every time we order it’s good and we get our food, but lately they keep forgetting things in our order. I don’t know if they hired new staff but they forget things as little as sauce to a whole sandwich, and when we went back to retrieve our order they gave us attitude.
