Dairy Queen in my Opinion is the best option for ice cream 🍦 and the employees are the coolest 😎 Definitely a place to hang around & have a quick bite or treats !

I have recently discovered how delicious DQ onion rings are. Fresh and tasty. Also the double burger with cheddar cheese is good and a good price at 3.99.

Today I went to go and try to pick up a mobile order. Not realizing that I picked the wrong location. They let me know in a kind way that I would have to call the other location to cancel my order there. And they prepared the order I made really quickly. I have been coming to the Apopka Dairy Queen ever since I was little. They have always treated my family and I right. I truly recommend this location to anyone I know in Apopka. Especially if you want a nice treat

I need to be refunded for these greasy soggy fries, I requested everything be fresh they gave me soggy fries both times. Bad customer service not friendly just about trying to get the customer's money instead of earning a customer. I had an online order refund me my money for both orders of kids fries.

Food is only decent, bring your own peanuts of you want peanuts. Asked for and PAID for extra peanuts and had to was told a few is extra. Service is horrible! Stems from poor management. Maybe even ownership.

This location is used to provide great food and service. Since new ownership, all the core values DQ had are gone out the window. No topping. And don't ask for more.. oh their mad,and now the ice cream is watery

Some of these reviews are pretty harsh, but I had a good experience there. Yes, there is a bit of language understanding but that's true of a lot of places these days. $7 meal value was good, burger great, fries good too. I would go there again if I'm in the area.

Avoid this restaurant! I took my Vietnam fighting husband there on Veterans Day. The manager and the assistant could not even understand English nor speak English. We obviously could not order so we left and went to another Dairy Queen that understood exactly what we said, and was very kind and gracious.

I wish I can provide zero Stars for this restaurant. The lack of respect is so ridiculous it's like no one has respect for customers. I recently visited dairy Queen on Apopka and my order was messed up I've called talked to the manager and the manager was like no problem come up here and I will replace your order, so I make the drive once I spoke with the manager the manager was assuming that I was lying and that he needed to verify more information I told him that you cut a verified more information with me over the phone instead of coming here for no reason thinking that it wouldn't be a problem I told him that I didn't have the receipt he said it's no problem we make mistakes all the time. So I came up there and he was saying that he thinks I'm lying and there's no order and and everything and I'm like you should have told me that over the phone instead of making me think that I'm a liar and I'm not the manager name was Yash, and he needs to be retrained for better customer service
