As a regular customer, I am very disappointed by the false advertising of today’s $2 all day, any drink promotion. I was alerted at the time of check out that due to poor planning a last minute change was made to only honor the special for small drinks even though small/medium was the original advertisement. This was unprofessional and unfair. With all of the surrounding competition, this was a very poor decision. Unacceptable to say the least.

Highly disappointed at the unprofessional and unfair matter in which today’s (8/26) advertised $2 small/medium drink sale changed due to poor planning. I was alerted once my order was made and I questioned my total. I’m a regular customer and expect better. False advertising is not acceptable. There is far too much competition surrounding the Apopka location to treat customers like this.

My friend and I went here and OMG. This is the best coffee I’ve ever had. Jazmine and Aleigh helped me with the menu and were so so kind. Highly recommend this place

Great coffee and great service. I’m always greeted friendly and professionally. The coffee has a good flavor and there are plenty of options for customization! This morning’s crew were Jazmine and Skye. Double O’s is my preferred stop on my way to work

Absolutely love this place! They’re so friendly and their coffee is fantastic! Great staff, I’m not sure what her name is, but there was a girl wearing a lemon on her head today and she was the absolute sweetest! Definitely recommend this place!!

If you are in the Apopka or Ocoee areas, you have to stop at Double O's coffee. For starters, they automatically come with 1 shot of espresso per serving size over Starbucks, and their prices and cup sizes are better. Delicious flavors. You won't be disappointed

Went to try their matcha latte and it was so watered down. Went back up to ask if they can remake it or change it to something else and they stated I needed to buy a new drink. 👀 out of words
