They walked away and started doing things in the kitchen, they never acknowledged my presence or offered to help. So sad this used to be a great spot to grab a coffee.

Only giving one star because the barista was amazing. Went in to drink coffee and work. It’s 62 degrees inside. So cold you cannot sit comfortably. So cold that by the time I got my food and sat down it was cold: very disappointing. However the barista was caralyn and she not only made Ana amazing drink but went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. She also seemed to be the only one working, there was another gentleman there but he might as well of been in the back staring at the ceiling.

Everything was good lots of donut options for the time of night. Restroom required a key but I guess that's more of an issue with the area than the establishment.
The worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The service is horrible. I was in the drive through going to make two orders. The first order was a vanilla frosted sprinkled doughnut. After telling her this she said “You’re making a whole separate order for one doughnut?” Obviously I am why else would I say it. My friends are not paying for my doughnut and I’m not paying for their food so I’m obviously making a separate order. I would understand this concern if it was hard to make a new order but I work fast food as well and know how easy it can be. Then after giving the second order and pulling up I grab my food and take it home. Once home I notice the doughnut has no sprinkles and barely any frosting. I tried to call to try to find a resolution to this issue but the number is out of service, probably for a reason. This is the worse service I’ve ever received and need better staff/management!

Charged me double for oat milk substitution. My latte with oat milk and an extra shot came out to almost 8 dollars FOR A SMALL???! How was it more than Starbucks? And when I asked her about it she said “that’s how we charge”. I checked on the app and my order would have been $6.88 not $7.88. I got munchkins and everything came out to more than $10 which is not what I was expecting to spend even after I had a munchkin coupon. I even asked for glazed, chocolate, and old fashioned and received only chocolate and old fashion. How do you mistake that? Ridiculous. Never going to this location again

A donut shop that doesn't have donuts at 7pm and the manager isn't available? How can they have sales? We order online and they don't do the return themselves, it has to be online, with a virtual assistant because they don't even have options to cancel. Incredible and it's 3 minutes from my house. That's why businesses go bankrupt or stop having visitors. On a Friday at 7 pm with no donuts or anything! They're supposed to work 24/7. What do they sell after 6 pm?
