I visited this Dunkin Donuts on 11/27/2025 at 11:11 AM, and was served in the drive thru by employee 1095495 Jhakiera. This was the worse Dunkin Donuts experience I have EVER had! The staff is unprofessional, mean-spirited and unfriendly. I was visiting from GA and stopped by this restaurant for coffee, Donuts, orange juice, and other food items I purchased for a homeless man sitting in the parking lot. The lady on the mic was rushing me, yet when I got to the window, they missed the orange juice I ordered, but they refused to add it at the window. They did not offer any solution, they just refused to add the item that THEY missed because THEY rushed the order at the menu board. I was so perturbed! The ONLY reason I didn't cancel the entire order and demand a refund, was because I was also purchasing food for a homeless man. I am extremely disappointed, and I feel disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. I will definitely contact corporate.

Crowded location and was not too happy with a employee getting rude towards my father for asking her if she can come to open the rest room door ... being it's locked 🔒 due to the vagrants smh loitering outside the side of the building after several minutes have passed

Didnt even get to order. It says 24 hours drive thru, pulled up worker was outside- watched her walk inside after about 10 minutes of still waiting with no acknowledgement we just drove away. Not sure what she was doing but working was not it.

Honestly all the girls here are extremely rude. The amount of minutes I waited to even be acknowledged, then to be told to wait while multiple employees walked by and definitely could have taken my order for 1 donut for my little one.

One customer, 2 different people taking orders, once I give one order instead of asking anything else just pull over, then I said I still need to order other things, after 2nd order right away again pull over , another person coming , don’t know anything ,

Placed a mobile order about 15 mins before we arrived at the location. We decided to park and pick up our order inside since the drive thru line was already circling the building. We notified the cashier that we were picking up our mobile order. She said “okay” and proceeded to take the next customer. I reminded her about 5 minutes later, asking if it was ready, “oh, my bad..” before notifying the young lady at drive thru we were here for our order. We wait another 20 minutes for those girls to complete the order. I got tired of waiting and told them never mind on the order to give us a refund before the cashier says “oh, it’s right here.” My hot coffee was cold, my daughters iced drink was melted and watery, our breakfast sandwich was cold, but the hash browns were hot. Make it make sense. Horrible customer service. Why offer an option to order ahead if we still have to wait longer then sitting at drive thru.

I just got a medium cappuccino at Dunkin in Apopka and the cup was half filled with milk foam.

Order 8 dozen and 3 boxes of Joe to be picked up at 630. Did not leave until 7:36. They did not have sugar packets. Also ordered a cereal milk latte and asked for two additional shots. They must have thought I meant flavor shots because there is no way this is a large latte with additional espresso. Had to purchase additional coffee to offset the creamer.
Register wasn’t working so I also didn’t get my points for a $189 order.

It seems they hand the keys to some of the most inept people i have met and have no management. i stopped going here but thought i would try again, mistake on my part. horrible service, they like to have a car pull forward about 8 feet and there is no way to go around them. why have them pull forward? i order from the APP so i was stuck as i paid first. donuts were thrown in bag which made them stick together, no napkins, coffee tastes horrible as they didn't make what i ordered.

I watched two customers from the drive thru come in the store and wait patiently in line as the man ahead of me ordered and then it was my turn . It was 13 minutes but I was ok . The lady from drive thru behind me asked politely to have the doughnut exchanged for the one she asked for -chocolate glazed and the worker was short and nasty and explained how the drive thru customer #1 could change and order it correctly . Drive thru customer two was treated worse than number 1 !
