I ordered a pastrami sandwich with only mustard and received the sandwich with mayonnaise.
This is the second time this location has messed up my order.
Will not order from them again.

Employee's are very disrespectful, my bread sat on the toaster for minutes before they came back out to make my sandwich so the bread was cold at that point, The soda machine and drink station all around was disgusting, the bathroom was as well. I do not recommend this location.

I really appreciate the gluten free bread option and that they switched from Udi’s to schar because the Udi’s had canola oil so we couldn’t eat it due to autoimmune and autism in the family. Thank you for switching to a better option! The veggie sub option for my kids was excellent. It’s hard to find good veggie options at fast food places. Hopefully they will continue to improve the quality of items!
Also, shoutout to the people working there. The lady was really helpful to my son as he tried to navigate the drink machine. She was very kind and everyone greeted us very professionally.

The person taking our order had one earbud in while she was working. She had to ask us multiple times to repeat ourselves because she couldnt hear us. The manager was there working beside her and said nothing.
After we got past the hurdle that was ordering the food came out quick.

First of all, your child does not belong at work. Especially if the child is coughing all over things in the back that are used to serve customers. I was trying to tell the worker exactly how we wanted our subs, and she gave me a look like she had no idea what I was talking about. So, I had to slowly break it down for her, while getting the nastiest look from the other worker. Very disrespectful staff. When served to us, she tossed them over the counter & all she said was “they’re ready.” Our subs were not to the best quality & very messy when served to us. We specifically asked for pickles for all 3 subs & did not receive a pickle with not one single sub. I will not be returning this location.

Third time ordering from this location and third time they didn’t make my sub correctly. This time I went to get it and got in my car and noticed it was only ham and cheese….i took it back in and I told the lady that it was wrong. She took it from me and added lettuce tomato’s onions and said they didn’t have cucumbers. The ham was hard and the bread was soggy. I had to throw it away.
