I really appreciate the gluten free bread option and that they switched from Udi’s to schar because the Udi’s had canola oil so we couldn’t eat it due to autoimmune and autism in the family. Thank you for switching to a better option! The veggie sub option for my kids was excellent. It’s hard to find good veggie options at fast food places. Hopefully they will continue to improve the quality of items!

The person taking our order had one earbud in while she was working. She had to ask us multiple times to repeat ourselves because she couldnt hear us. The manager was there working beside her and said nothing.
After we got past the hurdle that was ordering the food came out quick.

I love firehouse subs and this store is no exception. I've ordered pickup from here about 3 times in the past few months and each time the food was ready on arrival, still tasted fresh and never had an issue with any of the orders being messed up. Recommended for anyone who likes sub sandwiches.
