The sandwich are great and the cookies
I used to love going here but lately the food and customer service has been lacking. I always order the New York Steamer. It is my favorite. But the last few times the food has been leathery and dry. I actually told them and they didn't care. They were more worried about their private conversation behind the counter than making my food in a quickly manner. I waited over 25 mins to get them.
