The staff enjoys working together and takes pride in their work, with Toni providing helpful suggestions. One reviewer mentioned an issue with a BOGO special, but Marquis handled it very professionally, ensuring the problem was corrected. Another customer enjoyed the Engineer sub with red sauce on the side, describing it as FIRE! A minor disappointment was that they were out of sweet tea during an evening visit.
