Came here again - SLOW, overpriced, and 20+ min waiting and people who came after getting served first.
Manager says they cannot keep staff.

Normal I would eat breakfast with my little one 2 or 3 times a week here. Today I was seated right away like always but I was there for 10 minutes and had to leave my order was never taken. In the 10 minutes I was waiting to make my order the waitress took 2 plates of food told her we have not ordered. Too bad I really liked this place for breakfast.

Slowest service ever. Practically ignored us and then laughed when they realized the server had forgotten us. When we finally got food, they forgot to give us syrup… I had to get myself. Manager was nice and comped a meal, but I would have rather had good service

The food is usually good but the wait and service are HORRIBLE! I understand there’s an app to jump to the front of the line but after being told we were 2nd in line, 6 more tables were seated. It’s ridiculous and this First Watch ALWAYS has the WORST service!

Dirty dishes on most of outside tables, never brought our pup water after we asked multiple times, order was brought out incomplete missing ingredients BLT Benedict. Don’t bother to ask for normal things you normally can get from First Watch let alone anything extra!

Top quality food and service. Anytime I can have a mimosa and eggs Benedict for brunch it's a good day. My husband really liked the million dollar potatoes and we shared the AM Bowl which was fresh and lightly sweet with creamy coconut chia pudding.
I've been to a few other locations, and this location had the worst customer service. When I first walked in , I was ignored by the host staff, they were having a casual conversation, so I assumed that it was a seat yourself location. While I was looking for an empty table, one of the staff finally came , but asked me if I were looking for someone. When I informed him that I was looking for a table, he responded, oh , I can seat you. After being seated, I didn't have a waitress come to my table until maybe 15 minutes later. She did apologize, but only to return later, while I was eating, and began to sweep the floor around and under my table , while I was eating. When the food was brought to my table, I was never asked, if I had needed anything else. The waitress did ask if everything was OK, when she began to sweep under my table. They gave the impression that they were a bunch of young teens, who could care less. Sad. I will continue to dine at the one on Lee Vista, and the one on Alyfya Trail, but NOT to this one.
I received a response here to contact Jennifer via email, but email address was undeliverable. I suppose it looks good to respond with impression to address the concerns , but all the while, not really wanting to be bothered. I will still drive 40 south to go to the Lee Vista location, and avoid this one.

This place was hands down amazing. It was busy but we waited less than 10 min. The food was the best we had in a while. The French toast was fresh and hot, and the juice was fresh and refreshing. Price was very fair for what we got. Way better than an IHOP.
