Both times getting food here has been a nightmare. First time order was given to someone else. Second time I place the order online with the advance order option. Show up and how wonderful that the oder didn't go through on thier end but shows on my account as it did. No offer for discount for the inconvenience. Nothing. I use to love HH. But twice with issues I don't believe I will be back.

I clearly ordered NO onions, guess what there were loads on onions on my salad. Terrible customer service, they wanted me to go back and they would correct it.. Great so my pizza will get cold. Never going there again.

Something is up with the lady with the red hair? she threw my plates on the ground?? I asked her was she alright and she was just looking into space. Hopefully she’s ok!!!
Every Wednesday I come to this location on my way home. I'm normally greeted with the same exact girl at the window. Very friendly. This time it was someone new. Older woman with red hair. Clearly high on meth or heroin. I told her the name on my order five times. She continued to call me Stephanie, Elizabeth, Brittany, ... Every time I corrected her and told her my name was Natalie. She then tells me my order is ready and gives me the total. The total amount was three times mine. Once again continue to call me every other girl's name in the book laughing about it. This is not my first bad experience with this meth addict! You need to take her in the back to clean toilets she is not public-friendly. She can go nod out while cleaning toilets but nodding out while trying to take your money isn't what I want to see before I eat my dinner.

The best baked subs ever! The Italian is my favorite, but also have great other options. I recently bought an Italian for lunch and it is enough to make 2 to 3 meals. I definitely recommend to give it a try. Also the employees are kind, friendly and know how to make a killer sub!

My husband placed a big order since we were having company over, we’ve ordered HH pizza before as it was fast and easy. We called to place the order (which was repeated to us about 4 times) and headed to pick it up. Once arriving to the location we went to the drive thru and were very disappointed to find out that the call center through which we placed the order, didn’t send the order to the actual location at all. we had drove over 30 minutes for nothing, just to wait longer, keeping our guests hungry. This recent visit was a big let down.

How do you charge a delivery fee then have door dash bring my pizza with no pizza bag if I wanted door dash I would have ordered through them for free
