The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Do not order any chicken my chicken wasn’t cooked all the way nor was the correct sauce tasted like the sauce I ordered then my fries was hard do not order online just sit on person so you can tell them when your food not

I ordered the honey chipotle wings today which are supposed to be wet were totally dry even with the extra sauce I ordered. Fries that cane with it were stale, also the cheesecake I got that came with a strawberry puree was like water had no thickness to it idk who they had working today but I was very disappointed with my order!

My 3 year old ordered pizza that had molded cheese. We got the wrong sides for 2 meals, didn’t get salad dressing or Mayo for the burger despite ordering those ahead of time. Service was horrible, it was dirty.

Honestly conflicted. My family and I loved their smoked wings. I told my friends and family about them and they loved them as well. Literally the only reason we ordered from It’s Just Wings/Chili’s. Their regular wings are not bad, they are just regular. The sauces are great but the smoked wings really took it to another level.
Nothing stood out as great at this particular location but service was good and the food on par for Chili's

Been here before and seems always understaffed, hostess greeted us with a blank face and waited for over 30 minutes for a table. Waiter came over and never introduced himself or offered telling us of any special. He looked like he didn't want to wait on us and impatient about getting our orders. No silverware on table or napkins until we asked for it and he never asked how our food was. Other people delivered our refills and food and that was nice because we couldn't get his help. Food quality was good though so we were fine. This tall black waiter was impatient taking our orders and never made us feel like guests but made us feel like we were not important.
