I would not order take out here. I've never had a good experience ordering to-go specifically from this location. I ordered at 10:34, it said it would be ready by 10:49 i got there and went in at 10:50, and it wasn't ready (which is fine). I sat down, and waited. My wife called and said some family was coming over and to order a few pizzas. I ordered the pizzas and 10 minutes later the pizzas were ready, but my sandwich still wasnt. I didn't get my food until 11:10. This has happened before, I waited about 45 minutes to get my last order here a few months ago. The manager refunded that order which was nice, but I'm not trying to get free food. The staff is friendly, and nice. Nothing wrong in that department. I just want timely service.

I had door dash deliver some subs for the family last night and the sub that I ordered for myself was incorrect. I called the store and because DoorDash delivered it I was told I needed to get with them to have the correct sub re-delivered. DoorDash was not able to help and all they could do was request a refund. The store manager called me back to see if I was able to get DoorDash to redeliver and when I told him no, he said that he would deliver it himself. He showed up about 20 minutes later with a bigger sub than what I ordered and a couple of cookies. I was very impressed with the service that he provided. Highly recommend!

This Jersey Mike's location is the only one I will order from and I generally order about once a week. They always greet me with smiles and are upbeat and welcoming no matter how busy they are. I usually place my order online and it is always ready at the pickup time and I never have to wait for my food. There have been a few times that I have gone in to order during a busy time of day instead of ordering through the app. They were prompt at getting the orders made with minimal time of standing in line. Eli, Jesse, and the rest of the employees do an outstanding job!

When my spouse and I arrived there were 10 or 12 female athletes and parents ahead of us, but the staff was very friendly, efficient and showed a lot of patience. Things moved along very smoothly considering the excessive noise level from the crowd.
I live mid-way between 2 Jersey Mike shops, but this one is our favorite. The staff is the best and despite the circumstances of yesterday’s crowd they were all very pleasant. The food is always delicious and fresh. I ordered a Tuna salad bowl and a Mike’s chicken Philly, both were so good!
