Jersey Mike's Subs

I must say I was surprised. Instacart messed up the order and they went out of their way to fix the situation. The manager stepped up and not only corrected the problem but did not make me jump through any hoops to get it done. Would highly recommend!

Team Austin!! I was rushing to make the 9:00 closing looking forward to the perfect Italian I always get extra mayo extra onions oil and vinegar white bread scrump delicious!! Will to my chagrin I ran into the road closed My heart sinks starts to palpitate Am I missing my sandwich Will I now go hungry tonight! I get rerouted and I actually think I helped to plan the new route to Mars but coming in hot at 9:35 team Austin had the most amazing sandwich ready for me! After a long day of work I was able to take a shower and sit down and catch a new episode of Saturday night live with Bill Maher and McGee! All getting aside to some degree all that stuff did happen but I will tell you when a crew goes above and beyond to make a customer happy and they know that the customer has been dealt a handed to be on their control it truly shows great training from the owners to regional managers franchise brand managers you name it! Thank you Tim Austin for making my Saturday night and for just doing a great job and if anybody is reading this Austin is a high potential management candidate for your brand he made decisions that were smart he had great communication with me the customer and I truly appreciate it everything they did!

This restaurant has a fair amount of seating compared to a few I've been in. Service was good and staff were nice. There was about a 10 min wait for hot sandwiches. At peak time it gets backed up with people entering, checking out, and those waiting for hot sandwiches. The flow gets blocked and you can't tell who is in line and who is waiting. I recommend ordering on the app if possible during lunch. The restaurant was clean and bright. Been here several times when out for an errand and will be back.

Very disappointed in the lack of service time and time again at this location. I always order online and deliberately give them time to complete my order because it is never on time. This has happened too many times to even know the count anymore! I really hate when I am given a certain time that an order is supposed to be ready. Get here 15 minutes after that time and it is still not ready. I’m done trying with this Jersey Mikes location.

I ordered from Jersey Mike’s through DoorDash, and unfortunately, part of my order was missing. I called the store expecting just a refund, but the manager went above and beyond—he personally delivered the missing items to my door! Not only did he bring what was missing, but he also included some extras and a coupon for a free sub. Talk about top-notch customer service! They truly care about their customers and making things right. This level of service is why I’ll keep coming back. Thanks, Jersey Mike’s!

Asked if I wanted cheese. Didn't know it was extra. Most sub places aren't extra. Didn't inform me was extra. Over $1 extra

Painfully slow on the grill. Grill guy cooks one at a time. We ordered in line and were in the store for 40. Manager needs to train multitasking.

Dirty location. Counter looks like it hasn't been wiped down in a week. No baby high chair, when ask oh it's in the bathroom. What!? For a baby a highchair in the bathroom. Disgusting. Mens bathroom stunk too. Won't be coming back. Should call inspector

I walked in, was greeted by a young man that was sitting at a table towards the front of the store who appeared to be on break. I approached the line to place my order. I stood there while this young lady was sorting out bread. She never looked up to acknowledge me, didn't say I'll be with you in just a few, she just kept sorting the bread. She finally asked what I wanted. Still no greeting. I told her what I wanted. She began making my sub and then stopped and started putting cheese on all of the bread She was sorting when I first came in. It appeared to be like five subs or so. So now I'm waiting thinking another employee will finish my sub. The other two employees walked by but no one finished my sub. I finally asked, is someone else going to finish my sub? The young lady says to me, I have to finish his to go order. So I asked, so you stop making my sub and don't even ask for help? Like was I really supposed to wait on her to make five subs to go when all I needed was mayo and one topping to finish my order? One of the other employees, a young man finished my order and was much nicer. For me to be a resident in this area, I don't think I'll be going back if this Location if this is the customer service I'm going to receive. Please look at the cameras if you have any. I was there today, 8/20/24 at 7:27pm.
