I had door dash deliver some subs for the family last night and the sub that I ordered for myself was incorrect. I called the store and because DoorDash delivered it I was told I needed to get with them to have the correct sub re-delivered. DoorDash was not able to help and all they could do was request a refund. The store manager called me back to see if I was able to get DoorDash to redeliver and when I told him no, he said that he would deliver it himself. He showed up about 20 minutes later with a bigger sub than what I ordered and a couple of cookies. I was very impressed with the service that he provided. Highly recommend!

This Jersey Mike's location is the only one I will order from and I generally order about once a week. They always greet me with smiles and are upbeat and welcoming no matter how busy they are. I usually place my order online and it is always ready at the pickup time and I never have to wait for my food. There have been a few times that I have gone in to order during a busy time of day instead of ordering through the app. They were prompt at getting the orders made with minimal time of standing in line. Eli, Jesse, and the rest of the employees do an outstanding job!

When my spouse and I arrived there were 10 or 12 female athletes and parents ahead of us, but the staff was very friendly, efficient and showed a lot of patience. Things moved along very smoothly considering the excessive noise level from the crowd.
I live mid-way between 2 Jersey Mike shops, but this one is our favorite. The staff is the best and despite the circumstances of yesterday’s crowd they were all very pleasant. The food is always delicious and fresh. I ordered a Tuna salad bowl and a Mike’s chicken Philly, both were so good!

I bought a sub I came back home literally it tasted like rotten Mayo

I must say I was surprised. Instacart messed up the order and they went out of their way to fix the situation. The manager stepped up and not only corrected the problem but did not make me jump through any hoops to get it done. Would highly recommend!

Team Austin!! I was rushing to make the 9:00 closing looking forward to the perfect Italian I always get extra mayo extra onions oil and vinegar white bread scrump delicious!! Will to my chagrin I ran into the road closed My heart sinks starts to palpitate Am I missing my sandwich Will I now go hungry tonight! I get rerouted and I actually think I helped to plan the new route to Mars but coming in hot at 9:35 team Austin had the most amazing sandwich ready for me! After a long day of work I was able to take a shower and sit down and catch a new episode of Saturday night live with Bill Maher and McGee! All getting aside to some degree all that stuff did happen but I will tell you when a crew goes above and beyond to make a customer happy and they know that the customer has been dealt a handed to be on their control it truly shows great training from the owners to regional managers franchise brand managers you name it! Thank you Tim Austin for making my Saturday night and for just doing a great job and if anybody is reading this Austin is a high potential management candidate for your brand he made decisions that were smart he had great communication with me the customer and I truly appreciate it everything they did!

This restaurant has a fair amount of seating compared to a few I've been in. Service was good and staff were nice. There was about a 10 min wait for hot sandwiches. At peak time it gets backed up with people entering, checking out, and those waiting for hot sandwiches. The flow gets blocked and you can't tell who is in line and who is waiting. I recommend ordering on the app if possible during lunch. The restaurant was clean and bright. Been here several times when out for an errand and will be back.
