Normally we have a pretty good experience. This last time wasn't so great. We first tried ordering online and had issues with the promo code so we called in and the manager took care of us no problem. Our order said it will be ready at 5:30. We get to jets at 5:37 to pay and pick up. Our order was 102. I see order 107 is done on the shelf so i ask about order 102. They ask about 102 and shortly after i hear 102 will be done in 6 minutes. Andrew, the managerโ€™s customer service was spot on. I had a problem with an order that was placed online, as it was not as requested. I called him, and he went above and beyond to make it right. I really appreciate that he did that.
