They mop the floor with dirty mop water! It smells really bad! And the kids should know better but I don’t think they have the right manager to teach them! The bathroom smell really bad to and the chicken is not cooked well sorry for the bad review but I would never go back to your establishment ☹️

When I politely asked him to repeat something because his voice was too low, his response was notably unprofessional. He rolled his eyes in an exaggerated manner, which came across as rude and dismissive. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. It's important for employees to maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor, especially when dealing with simple requests, and unfortunately, Travis fell short of these expectations."

Pulled up to the drive-through and waited 15 minutes in line. I had ordered one large fry but when I pulled up to the window, they said they were out of fries. I asked him if he was joking and he said no.
If you want 2 tablespoons of salt on a small order of fries ? it your place for High blood pressure. If they put that much extra salt on fries then they are doing the same with the chicken

The new general manager at this location has really made this location so much better now the people that previously were causing issues are no longer there, great customer service, very fast speed always goes above and beyond for her customers the entire staff is absolutely really good right now, and the food quality has went up drastically This is probably one of the best KFC’s in the area. Stop in and try it yourself and write a review.

I ordered through Uber. The chicken arrived overcooked and tasting old and not fresh. I'll never order KFC again. I remember eating this recipe chicken as a child when The Colonel was calling on restaurants to ask them to try his chicken. It was delicious then but the chicken I had today was awful.

Had to wait 20 mins for a 2pc original. Mind you all the cars before me and after me didn't have to wait. So you mean to tell me in 20mins I was the only one that order dark meat ? Why was I the only customer to wait. THEN got my chicken it was small and the skin was missing on the back of the thigh piece. It looked like it was messed over. So I just got my refund. This happened on 9/27 around 7pm. DO BETTER.

For starters the place should not close till 10:00 pm. I arrived at 9:30.and I was told me to go through the drive-thru because the front door was locked. I ordered an eight-piece family meal, crispy. They informed that they no longer provide crispy chicken, only original. The chicken was greasy and nasty flavor and they had no sides to go with it. KFC quality had gone down. I wish I could give them a negative rating.
