What a bad service the manager is an overbearing my order took more than 40 minutes so that the last one I didn't prepare it and he just told me to call the app to cancel my order the truth I can't believe that people like that are food store managers

Terrible customer service! Two back experiences in a row. First I was denied to have an all wing bucket, even though I was willing to wait and pay an up charge. Quote āwe donāt do thatā. Really just was being lazy cause I make this order numerous times.
Then I ordered Uber Eats 10/31/25, took over an hour and then the Uber driver was told āwe donāt have foodā. Again lazy because it was not closed yet and my order was in for over an hour.
Corporate need to fire some people because this location was never this bad until recently.

This KFC location needs serious improvement. Every time I visit, thereās an issue ā and this time was no different. I ordered an 8-piece bucket and only received 6 pieces. No receipt was given, and when I tried to call multiple times to address it, the line kept saying āuser busy.ā Itās unacceptable to pay for food and not receive what you ordered, especially when thereās no way to contact the store. Clearly, customer service and attention to detail are not a priority here.

Hot wings are the new thing yet every time I stop by Am\\pm they are always out ! The workers said year itās made to order can wait 10 mins or so . , so the gym donāt have a lot of waste ! Wow just. Wow and on top that customer service sucks ! I mean damn if u hate customers u should have stayed in school and got a better job ! How do these people have jobs with bad attitudes!?

I havenāt had the best experience at this location in the past but tonight Dakota and Patricia have definitely turned my experience into a great one tonight. Their hospitality was amazing and Iām definitely willing to travel to this location to eat as long as I know theyāre working. Thank you ladies so much.
Went through drive-thru and it was a long line of people waiting for over 30 minutes for their food. It took them 20 minutes to serve one person.

The cashier lady , she was very rude and thinks itās ok to belittle ppl and is impatient. If you donāt like working with the public then why are you working in customer service in the first place. This was my first and last time coming here. Very distasteful experience.
