I had lunch here on June 10 while running some errands around the Apopka area. I am a sucker for poké bowls or asian like bowls that incorporate fresh ingredients and fresh seafood. I had the Volcano Shrimp bowl, which includes their version of boom boom sauce. If you've ever been to bonefish grill, you know how tasty their boom boom shrimp is. My only pet peeve, if you can call it that” is that the sauce is put directly on the cooked shrimp but the sheimp is not coated. Granted, I know all restaurabts are different and not everyone is gonna cook it tge sand way. Other than that, the food was tasty, fresh, shrimp was clean, rice was cooked perfectly and fluffy. Lastly, the service was great. At least from the man behind the counter, Shawn. I worked in hospitality for many years and know first hand how terrible service has become since COVID. People don't smile, don't even make an effort, and we’ve grown accustomed to it. Shawn was absolutely great. I was sitting outside and he still came out to ask if we needed anything and was doing okay. I was not expecting that. Give that man a raise for just stellar service alone! I’ll def recommend this place to everyone I know.

I always order online through their website. They prepare fresh ingredients so when I arrive, It is always ready to takeout and eat. The place is very clean. Although it is a little pricey, Kona Poke usually serve me a lot of food and the quality of the ingredients are worth the price. I'll highly recommend it.
Dietary restrictions: Diabetic friendly if no rice is selected. Also great to treat arthritis (anti-inflammatory).

This place definitely deserves a 5 star! Earl is an incredible person who is very passionate and helpful! I thought he was the owner of the place because of his enthusiasm of his work. The foods he prepared for me and my husband were so yummy ? Highly recommend it!

Did build a bowl. Not gonna lie it looks a little intimidating with all the options. But, Jada and Skyla walked us through the steps easily and gave great recommendations on which ingredients go well with one another. Pineapple dole whip is also a must. Healthy, great customer service, and delicious. I would highly recommend to someone who regularly gets a bowl OR a newbie like us.

By far the best Kona Poke ever. Not only is the food to die for, but the staff is amazing! Earl is fantastic he will make sure you are well taken care of, and will ensure that you understand all the different options and gives great recommendations. If you stop by I guarantee they'll make you feel right at home. Ohh did I mention they have Dole Whip!
