Terrible service had uber eat my food missing a dish called restaurant and not responding for my dish. Called twice and both time on hold for over 10 mins. Then they hang up and no one responds for their poor customer service. Lesson learned never ordering food there again

The food is getting worse every day, made haphazardly. Not to mention the dirt; the salt and pepper shakers are so dirty they could stain or stick your hand to them. I'm very disappointed, especially since the food is getting more expensive every day. They want to charge more? They should improve this!

This is my first time at this location but workers were nice and took my order with no problem. Got my food quickly and enjoyed a quiet restaurant at 11 am. This location also has a drive thru which I don't see often with La Granja.

They tried locking the doors and closing the drive-through early even though I had an Uber eats and the lady tried whisking me away. If I have an Uber eats, why wouldn't you answer the drive-through? Poor service

We ordered two lomo saltados and were very disappointed. The rice was completely off — soggy like it had been sitting for a long time, yet somehow still hard and undercooked at the same time. The meat itself was seasoned well, but unfortunately that was the only positive. The fries tasted old and reheated, which really took away from the dish. Overall, the quality did not meet expectations.
Great customer service. Very attentive and helpful, I just wish the food was a little more fresh and hot.

This chain has gone down hill recently, the steak super bowl used to be very balanced with steak, peppers, plantains, beans and corn, but now its mostly all onions and rice. They give you more of the cheap ingedients and have cut back on the pricier ingredients. Not only that, they keep the phone off the line so it's always busy and refuse to pick up the phone. They took away the option to add their free sauces to doordash orders but also refuse to pickup phone calls. Terrible customer service at this location. I tried calling about 10 times over a half hour to the 2 diff numbers associated with their Apopka store, it was busy signal or immediate hangup each time.
