I just went to buy some pernil, the place is big, and they have a lot of options of food. The pernil was well seasoned, and the flavor was good. Customer service was ok.

We order ropa vieja we paid 200.00 plus more food. The next day ropa vieja was rotten!! I call them and talk to the manager his name was flaco and he had the balls to tell me that was normal because it had peppers I told him that's not correct I order the same thing from the ocoee store and was fine the next day we even made empanadas. His excuse was again that we had to eat it the same day. Then they should warn you after spending 200.00 if you don't eat all the same day te jodistes. We had another order for that Saturday and we cancelled it we order from key food and guess what it was still good the next day.

Food is good. Only issue is don't go when it's closing get there before they move all the food to one corner and it bottle necks the line. That is the only issue I had. But good food good service

My family and I love this place, we always get the ropa vieja, plantains and rice with beans. A great option for those looking for a great source of healthy protein and carbs. Prices are fair and flavor is great. Excelent option for a family meal even guests!!!

The food here is delicious and except for one item I will complain about the decent pricing for portion is insane. You get a lot. For 23 dollars I walked out with a bistec sandwich that was smothered with meat, 2 beef empanadas, 2 chicken empanadas and 2 Maltas to drink. Here's my complaint. The empanadas are really good in flavor but although not expensive the amount of meat in them isn't really much and you get more air in it and most bites are just the fried dough. Given how everything else is served it would be nice if the empanadas had at least double the meat that is in them especially the beef ones. Don't get me wrong though! I highly recommend and will come back for more and even would reorder the empanadas even if they are skimpy cause they are that darn good!
Vegetarian options: There's plenty of different veggies and grains and beans to pick from
Mofongo with shrimp ceviche. Wonderful flavor mofongo was not dry and the salt was just right. The shrimp ceviche also was very good.

It is sad to say the food is good but there is a cuban old lady that don't like to serve if she does it's half the portion that everyone does when she at the register she dont wanna hear you say that you wanna order something else cause she will grab another plate give you dirty look and ask for the next customer she won't serve you everytime I go there she working I walk out due to her she shouldn't be working there for nothing she needs to be gone I bet everyone bad experience is the service I bet if everyone goes they will point at her she the worst

We stopped here on a whim while we were running errands and we couldn't have been more pleased with our decision! The selection was wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious! Very friendly staff and a few tables are available if you want to dine in. Highly recommend this place for some delicious Latin food!
