Just ordered pizza tasted like cardboard box. I can’t even eat this pizza and I had to throw it out in the garbage. The rating should have been 0 for Quality of pizza the professionalism of the manager should be a 0 and the atmosphere should also be a 0 rating. if you’re unsatisfied with the purchase of your pizza you will not get a refund from this store in Apopka on Semoran blvd. The manager is extremely rude and hung up the phone on me while I tried to get a refund for this bad order. If your looking for customer service do not patronize this store. When I ordered from Pizza Hut they remade my order and gave me a credit due to there error. This slackshop wanna be pizza establishment only wants to give cheesy bread when they mess up. Because they can’t not afford to take loses for cold pizza in this market. This is to tell you that pizza shops in this market like Marco pizza will not survive in this economy. I will be making my own pizza and I will not be purchasing any more pizza from Marcos pizza or encourage anyone else from purchasing from this store.

I love them over any of the others like pizza hut and dominos. I was introduced to their pizza at my job function and been in love ever since. They honor promotions without hesitation. The only concern is when I order bacon for my 1 topping that I get it. If I wanted cheese pizza I would've ordered it. I must say it's not on every order but it happens. Hopefully it can be corrected.

Just terrible. Didn't bring the extra sauce cups that I paid for. I called immediately and talked to Ethan. He said that there was no way he was going to send the cups out that I had already paid for but that he would give me a credit for next time. I called 10 days later and he said that he remembered me and that he would just send out several sauce cups with my order. Again, no sauce cups showed up. These guys don't know anything about customer service. Avoid.

We usually like Marco’s pizza.(Better than the completion,Jets,Domino’s, etc.) Recently we ordered a Lg pizza, 2 toppings (mushrooms,onions) delivered. Pizza was good but the toppings were scarce- should have been more. Took quite awhile for delivery, longer then mentioned, and they’re right up the street.

I went here for lunch on 7-10-24 to get a pizza. They only had one girl working the lunch hour. She was very nice and professional even under the pressure of being the only person manning the store. She didn't have a name tag, but the receipt says her name is Vanessa. I just want to give her 5 stars. As for the restaurant, please bring back fountain sodas! Please ? They taste better than the bottled sodas.
Love the food there. Always clean and neat.
