I went here for lunch on 7-10-24 to get a pizza. They only had one girl working the lunch hour. She was very nice and professional even under the pressure of being the only person manning the store. She didn't have a name tag, but the receipt says her name is Vanessa. I just want to give her 5 stars. As for the restaurant, please bring back fountain sodas! Please ? They taste better than the bottled sodas.

I been a loyal customer for a while now. It’s been times I got the wrong order sent to my house or items missing but for tonight to go through all this to get a 2l switch because the app wouldn’t allow me to pick the one I wanted is ridiculous, I call to the store and was told the drink couldn’t be switch because it was a online order (I work as a manger before at little Caesars, & never told a customer that). That was the stupidest thing I ever heard & definitely because my order was never left from the store. I ask to cancel the order the 2nd call and out of no where the driver is almost to me and they still not here smh ridiculous this will be the last from this location. Need better training. Even when I come inside at times too many kids playing around and blasting music like they don’t have work to do that will save any mess ups with people orders

This was a good pizza resturant until they have messed up our orders 7 times in a row. The girl claiming to be the manager doesn't care if you get what you order or not. They either need new management or should just close there doors now. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
so I would like to say first of all, I really love Marco pizza very sadly that I am 10 minutes away from the store 5 miles away and switch to a 3 mile away. I was told that I have to make it worth their while I always give the driver a $10 tip, but unfortunately I was told that they will not deliver to my area from either locations, Ocoee and apopka

So happy with this place! The General Manager (Laurie) greeted us warmly and was very professional and welcoming. She explained some new products and answered our questions about gluten free options. The food smelled and looked great! She walked around the counter to bring us our food in person and it just makes us feel appreciated.The two other girls who were there were friendly and nice as well. Will gladly come again!

We have always loved Marcos. Our #1 go to pizza place. The last 3 orders gm have been the worst. Tonight we order the Chicken Florentine Pizza on the natural crust…we were delivered the Florentine Pizza with no chicken or spinach. So disappointed for the 3rd time. We love the product, but they need help with quality control. ?
