My wife and I since we relocated to Apopka have enjoyed Marcos pizza. For whatever reason the quality of the food has gone downhill. The kids don't pay attention to order like that use to. Here's hoping this improves or we will trade elsewhere.

I have gotten pizza several times and have loved it up until last night. I order the deluxe and I added green olives black olives and spinach I started eating a slice and realized that the only toppings were the green and black olives and spinach I was truly disappointed especially when I saw I was charged for a deluxe pizza and I had order extra garlic butter and did not received it either

Let me first start off saying that my family and I love Marco's pizza and order it at least twice a month. We have frequently ordered out and dined in at this location.
Today, I took my kids to have lunch there and ordered fountain drinks. Normally, you just add the ice to your cup and choose your drink, but today I looked inside my cup before I put the drink in. Some of the ice had black items inside it. I looked at it closer and these items were inside the ice. I dumped the cup of ice thinking it was a fluke, and twice more dumped out the cup because there were black items in the ice. That is a clear indication that the ice machine has not been cleaned and this could cause sickness in the guests that use the ice.
I very nicely and quietly told the girl behind the counter what we found and I asked that she check into this to get the machine cleaned and to at least put a note out on the machine, so no one further uses the ice. The restaurant was pretty busy during this time.
I watched her tell the man she was working with and he went and got a whole cup of ice to check. Neither one of them seemed alarmed and kept right on working and making pizzas and I sat there and finished our lunch with no one putting a note on the ice machine to not use it.
While the pizza was good today, I drank my drink without ice and was a bit grossed out at the lack of cleanliness of this place. I looked around further and it had serious dust underneath the drink counters and I saw garbarge that had probably been there for awhile, as they are not sweeping or washing this area.
I hope that they get the ice machine cleaned and take a look around a bit more to clean what is quite dirty. I will not be going back to this location until I get confirmation that the machine has been cleaned. This is a health violation.

I ordered a deal for 1 topping large pizza with breadsticks and cinnamon with icing on 6/25/2024 at 11:50. When I went to pickup there was no icing for cinnamon and I mentioned that those cinnamon without the icing are no good and asked the guy for a refund. He reply "you dont have to be a baby about it" then said because its part of a promotion it cant be refunded and as he was throwing them on top of the other boxes he says, you can have them. Like I had a choice.... I decided to take the food and walk away, but he being an intelligent being thought it would be a good idea to call me a child as I was walking out... when I asked for a manager he said he was the manager. Needless to say I asked for a full refund and left the food there. I have been a loyal customer of this location until today.

We like to dine in but the last few times the A/C is broken. Not so bad for us because we can eat then leave but you’d think the owners would have more consideration for the employees who have to work in these temps. Next time we’ll call first to see if the A/C is working. If not we’ll eat across the street at Anthony’s.
Well, we returned on Thursday just to be disappointed that the A/C system is still not working. We chose to dine elsewhere. What seems to be the issue with the A/C? Maybe I can help?
