Bought a regular chicken salad and one chicken bacon ranch pizzoli. Both were wonderful! The salad has a lot of chicken in it. First time eating at a Marcos, wanted something that offered some healthy items that’s why I got the salad and only one pizzoli instead of pizza. A++

Ordered my pizza online and was told it would get to me within 30 minutes. 50 minutes later when I called I was told it would be another 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes later I called and was told it was still on the way. Canceled my order when I called over an hour later. This is the second time this happened to me with this same Marco's Pizza in Apopka. One time besides that they sent me the wrong Pizza and I had to wait an extra hour for them to come back with another one! I should have ordered Domino's like I was going to! Not very professional

My wife and I since we relocated to Apopka have enjoyed Marcos pizza. For whatever reason the quality of the food has gone downhill. The kids don't pay attention to order like that use to. Here's hoping this improves or we will trade elsewhere.

I have gotten pizza several times and have loved it up until last night. I order the deluxe and I added green olives black olives and spinach I started eating a slice and realized that the only toppings were the green and black olives and spinach I was truly disappointed especially when I saw I was charged for a deluxe pizza and I had order extra garlic butter and did not received it either

Let me first start off saying that my family and I love Marco's pizza and order it at least twice a month. We have frequently ordered out and dined in at this location.
Today, I took my kids to have lunch there and ordered fountain drinks. Normally, you just add the ice to your cup and choose your drink, but today I looked inside my cup before I put the drink in. Some of the ice had black items inside it. I looked at it closer and these items were inside the ice. I dumped the cup of ice thinking it was a fluke, and twice more dumped out the cup because there were black items in the ice. That is a clear indication that the ice machine has not been cleaned and this could cause sickness in the guests that use the ice.
I very nicely and quietly told the girl behind the counter what we found and I asked that she check into this to get the machine cleaned and to at least put a note out on the machine, so no one further uses the ice. The restaurant was pretty busy during this time.
I watched her tell the man she was working with and he went and got a whole cup of ice to check. Neither one of them seemed alarmed and kept right on working and making pizzas and I sat there and finished our lunch with no one putting a note on the ice machine to not use it.
While the pizza was good today, I drank my drink without ice and was a bit grossed out at the lack of cleanliness of this place. I looked around further and it had serious dust underneath the drink counters and I saw garbarge that had probably been there for awhile, as they are not sweeping or washing this area.
I hope that they get the ice machine cleaned and take a look around a bit more to clean what is quite dirty. I will not be going back to this location until I get confirmation that the machine has been cleaned. This is a health violation.
