Made an order through door dasher. Missing items and food. The chicken was dry and nasty. Unprofessional at its best. Will never order from this place again.

I had to wait 30 - 40 minutes for 3 piece and a 10 piece wing. The chicken was really small but flavorful. I’ve been going here for years I’ve never received chicken this size.

They have really good chicken!!!
The fries were disgusting and the chicken was nothing to write home about. Overall, this was a disgusting experience, they even got my order wrong. The prices and portion sizes for their side orders is a rip off.

The customer service is great, but I did not like the wings! Taste like they weren’t seasoned. Just half thawed out and tossed in the fryer. They’re chewy.
I really don't understand. I call ? n my order and they tell me it will be ready 15-20 min later just a simple order. Then I come 35 minutes later and they still don't have my food ready and just started on it. Terrible what's the point of ordering ahead? Now I waited another 15 minutes for my order in the lobby. Do Better not coming back.

The chicken is ok taste like homemade fried chicken but nothing special about it, taste like ordinary. Chicken is not fresh at all, looks like it came frozen then fried. Don’t know if coming back, to be honest, Publix Chicken is waaaaayy much better and cheaper.

Have had better mfc at other locations. Was ok but not great. You can get 8piece or 12piece but not 10 piece! Odd. Chicken should be crisp outside, juicy in. I found it dry inside. I will go back though to try again.
