One of the best Jamaican meals I’ve ever had. Incredible, kind staff and great prices too

The food was not good. In other words, it was bad. The customer service was terrible. The cook who I guess is the manager was very mean-spirited and and the cashier was the same. How can you have bad food and bad customer service??? In this day and time, be careful who cooks your food. Spirits do transfer.

Just absolutely disgusting yall! Over night food, rice wet and hard, food heated up in microwave, dumplins hard as rock! Trash.. and I'm not happy because they were playing gospel and have scriptures up front. My hard earn money doesn't deserve to go down like this trash!

Absolutely delicious! I ordered a large brown stew chicken plate with rice and peas, cabbage and plantains. I used to eat here years ago and I missed the food so much. Thank you to the kind staff who served me today!

Shocked how many ppl said they were so nice!

He was extremely rude when I came by.

I went in to get a Togo menu, so we could analyze and strategically determine the damage we were going to make when we go back for dinner.

The older gentleman who answered was so RUDE! Those days are over, just go to the website...okay, stupid move in my opinion, but okay. It's a small franchise, okay you get a pass bc that's just extra cost, etc...So, I tried to take a picture of the menu on the wall of the menu, we don't allow you to take pictures either. Go to the website, okkkkay. Can't take a picture of the wall size menu either. ??‍♀️ Final straw for me, you just don't want any business sir! Acting like a mean old grumpy man. So, yeah shocked with this niceness everyone else is seeing.

....Little does he know, Max and Meme pops up! Another restaurant, I had to go back and search again....all to say, I hate bad customer service!

Next, it doesn't look very clean in the restaurant, pretty much what you see on the pictures posted here.... Needless to say, I recently moved and passed this place and looks like I'll continue doing just that passing by!

The jerk chicken is amazing and so flavorful. Good atmosphere, and those sweet plantains they make are so good.

Pros- Friendly staff. Oxtail was good- nice flavor.Cons- Rice was horrible. Very soggy/mushy and had very little beans and no flavor. Definitely cannot call it rice and peas.My biggest concern...... while waiting for my food a German Roach came walking across the floor. It took everything in me to eat the food after this, but after spending $70 on 3 plates and drinks, I was obligated.I can't help but think that this is why there's signs stating that you are not allowed to eat inside.Overpriced.Will not be back. Wish them well.

This is the worst Jamaican food evvaaaaa. Rice and peas piakka piakka wet and mushie mushie no seasoning on food no taste whatsoever. Jerk pork tasted like pot roast with no seasoning, cabbage looks and taste like it was just cut up cook and served no seasoning or trimmings no carry no bell peppers no nothing. On top of all that they wanna chat for fry dumplings separately changed for plantains separately as well. Bunn it down maybe the food will taste betta
