This McDonald’s used to have super quick service and hot, delicious food. Now you’re lucky if you spent less than 20 minutes in the drive-through line to get food that is just barely over warm.

Rotation is so slow at Apopka, FL Rock Springs location - food is being held too long. Just arrived home with my large chocolate shake. Rancid, with distinct metallic taste. French Fries are cold and chewy. Bun is bigger than the hamburger. What an expensive disappointment.
. We need a good Jack In The Box and Carl Jr’s in Central Florida. Sadly, poor quality at McDonalds will not attract customers.

From ordering, to paying, to getting our food was just an awful experience. Per usual with McDonald's the ice cream machine " wasn't working", they didn't give us our 20% off from the app. They had us pull to a parking spot because they had NONE of our order ready. The poor girl had to come to the car 3 times with parts of our order. And one of the happy meals was wrong. This is just the worst location.
