Super slow service! Just spent literally over 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru line!! While they continuously told the right side "I'll be with you in a minute", then served 2 or 3 cars from the left side, then told the next car on the right side "I'll be with you in a minute", served 3 more cars on the left, etc. The red car that arrived at the same time I did, and chose the left side, had ordered, paid, gotten their food and driven away before my order was ever taken, along with about 10 other cars that arrived AFTER I did, and chose the left side.When I complained, they said "there's one car in each lane". What?!?I will spend the extra time to make the drive to someplace else next time.

Food was odd. Felt sick afterwards. Didnt taste like traditional mcdonalds.
I came to this McDonald’s location after an appointment with a client and had a free french fry for my birthday using the McDonald’s rewards app. The staff was extremely polite. The service was prompt, and the restaurant was clean. This was an unexpectedly wonderful experience! Thank you to the Mcdonald staff for making my day!

Shamrock shakes were negligent put together the amount of syrup, collected at the bottom was a nightmare, When I asked to have it remade, they said it was fine, so we proceeded to leave, my first experience with low quality service, I’m just disappointed it happened with my fav menu item, do not recommend going to this McDonald’s, save your money, and your gas

Went thru drive thru. They forgot food that we had to ask for. I asked for a big Mac with extra sauce. There was no sauce on it. They forgot to give us two drinks. They were out of Diet Coke, and instead of just paying the difference between that and a pineapple mango smoothie, I had to pay the full price for the drink, I’m not going back anymore. There are others that have better service.
