After being in line for 5 minutes, employees having charged me the mc flurry, when I got to the window the cashier told me: oh sorry the machine just broke right now” like really?! Now that I order and you are going to charge me, it was damaged out of nowhere. Better say that you don't want to clean it

The quick to take your money but they cannot fix your food right it took him 8 times to try to get the food right and they still couldn't get it right how can you mess up a number 4 c deluxe would a large sweet tea and fries and you can't even get that right y'all might as well go ahead and shut that place down and put something else there

Should get zero stars, don’t try getting anything in the evening unless you’re comfortable waiting 15-20 minutes just to talk to someone at the drive-thru.
There were kids all over the place rolling around on the floor, the workers stood in the back just talking and gossiping, I waited for over an hour for my order, my smoothie was a literal inch from the top of the cup, I paid for a medium but got a small. This visit was ridiculous

This is the slowest damn place. They seem to be more worried about what they are doing later than helping a customer. I waited at the drive-thru for at least 5 minutes before someone took my order. Then, I sat at the window for another 5 minutes to my order. Ridiculous! Never again.

Whoever was involved in the renovation done in the store should be fired. This is the most waistfull use of the space and the most uncomfortable seats. This is the last time I will come to this location. If i still had time to go to a different location to order breakfast I would just leave. 12/7/24
