So I stopped at McDonald's! they're all pretty much the same now ugly slow and overpriced so busy juggling drive-thru duties they spaced out on counter service I watched in awe as they prepped my food, bagged it, then waited 20 whole minutes to brew coffee, and I'm thinking, are they gonna serve me yesterday's leftovers? The manager hooked me up with a refund, but seemed super put out about it, and didn't seem to care that I'm on a 30-minute lunch break and don't have time for a 20-minute food delay. Here's a thought, how about slapping that same 30-second timer on the front register as you have on the drive-thru? And don't even get me started on those kiosks, they're like the automated customer non-service reps. Someone needs to man the front counter and provide some actual customer service. By the way, your buildings are, um, interesting, they're not exactly the most fun places to hang out anymore, and those prices? Yeah, those aren't helping either, which might explain why you're losing business left and right.

Loooong wait times for unacceptable food. But this time takes it: waited 15 minutes at food window after paying $22 just to walk around to find the doors locked 20 minutes before closing (10:40) and no answer at the windows. Drove off after paying $22 for absolutely nothing but 15 minutes wasted. Went to taco bell and spent more time and MORE money. I want a refund!!!! THANKS

This restaurant has to be the perfect example of a POORLY managed place. Not all McD are like this. This place tops the cake. The employees are completely incompetent and the manager CASEY was the least competent one as they not only screwed up my order in the drive thru but Casey watched 9 cars pass getting their food as I was still waiting on my correct order. After ordering and paying it took 17 min for them to correct my order and your horrendous example of customer service named CASEY offered nothing not even an apology. This place is a disaster!!!
For the owner…. Take this from someone in senior level management fire all of them and start over! Start over with a competent general manager that’s paid well that can build your staff better that can represent the brand in a professional way.

They should pay their employees better to see if that way they can hire competent people. They're incapable of preparing an order with the correct ingredients, even when they have the order right in front of them on the screen. This happens to me every time I go there. I don't recommend them.

Pretty impressed by the level of customer service here. I haven’t experienced a GOOD mcdonalds in a long time. One of the ladies here made sure to help me out when I came in. I believe her name was Alkine but I couldn’t read her name tag very well. Thank you again!

The manager was so kind, and considerate and you can tell she works well and really deserves her position if not much much more! Although I didn’t get her full name she was a shorter, African American woman whose name starts with A. I know what it’s like to work in a stressful environment but she was calm, cool and collected! I will not forget her kindness and they also made my food perfectly! Wonderful experience!
