Hooray for the new owners (who also own Something Fishy)! The place was much brighter and cleaner, with more flavor choices. Jada greeted us as soon as we walked in and provided excellent customer service. The girls were very happy with their treat!

Last three times we have been here they’re out of numerous froyo flavors, toppings and sauces. Tonight there are 4 flavors empty, 3 empty toppings, no whipped topping, no hot fudge sauce and no caramel sauce. Very disappointing.

I come to this Menchies often and lately it has been very dirty. The tables, chairs and floors are sticky and dirty. Half the machines are broken and have been for the last month or so. It’s not what it used to be.

They only had like 3 or 4 flavors of the same combination. Chocolate and some kind of cake. Most were either removed totally or out of order.

I used to love this place a lot but not anymore. They almost always run out of Tart Flavor. Unfortunately this location is the closest to Apopka otherwise I would stop shopping here
