Lots of 1star reviews here stating the employees in the restaurant are RUDE AND MEAN to customers and that's exactly how they treated me today. I speak Spanish, but they still would not tell me how to order, and the menu etc. The restaurant staff is very ignorant and don't care about the customers. I will NEVER go there again.

If you like typical Mexican food, then this is the place. It is a "strange" atmosphere, it is not "nice", it is a mix of grocery, butcher shop, restaurant... the food is EXCELLENT, the service leaves a lot to be desired and that is what makes me think about it every time I return... Today's experience (October 30, 2024) in terms of service was TERRIBLE. But the food makes me come back despite the bad treatment

The place where they serve tacos is dirty... the meat is exposed to flies. The tables are dirty too. The staff is more concerned with their personal affairs than with the clients.
Those who work there are a bit rude. Like they want to give you a smile or a good morning/afternoon. Especially where they work in the tortilla factory. I would visit more often but the people there are just kinda rude

I have been buying the meat twice to grill and it is useless, it is too tough and it is a cut that costs 14 a pound. I bought it today, 7/7/24. I feel like they are giving another cut for the one they are advertising. I hope they fix that.
