Normally the food here is very tasteful. Tonight they let me down pretty bad. The MediaNoche was burnt beyond burnt. I had to review this visit.

What a horrible service, I do not recommend this place at all, I arrived and no one revived me, I stood in the room and the waiters didn't even come close, I had to leave since no one cared to serve me,

The person on the phone was rude and pushy. The Cuban sandwich I order was ok, 2 tostones for almost $5 . my expectations were high but this place is low.

It was a to go order, but wish I had dined in. The place is gorgeous and sophisticated. The hostess was well dressed and the music was flowing.
The beef soup was tender and flavorful. The Chicken Fricasseewas had with yucca mojo and black beans. Those black beans delicious, the yucca too. Just go eat here. Perfect for a date night. Enjoy

Horrible palomilla, the yuca was dry. I am never coming back and I do recommend it.
I suggest the owner drives down to La CARRETA IN Miami and learn how to cook a decent palomilla.

The waiter didn't even deign to ask if I needed anything, nothing to do with it, I wanted a flan, nor could I ask for it because he never deigned to ask. Unfortunately Frank as a terrible waiter. And between my husband and I we spent between $70.29

My family and I live in Orlando. We decided to try this restaurant out for my aunts birthday. This was the worse dining experience of my life. We arrive and there are four other people there so it was slow. We order drinks that take forever to come and I ordered a water. The drinks finally come and the waiter forgets four other drinks, so we waited over 20 minutes for the other drinks. I ordered an appetizer, we don’t receive any small dishes or utensils so I had to ask another waiter to grab some for me. We order dinner and the female servers have an attitude. They’re asking one person at the end of the table ALLL the questions and not addressing the table to serve everyone’s food accordingly. I receive my food, I order the picanaha steak. I receive a steak that is 80% fat and the “yellow rice” is hard. The picture of the appetizer shows four plantains and I received three that look nothing like the picture and it costs $16! The prices are outrageous this was not a fine dining restaurant but the prices were. Our waiter did not come to the table to refill drinks, clear off the table, communicate with us at all. He was gone 20-30 minutes at a time. The other servers were huddled up at the condiments counter doing nothing. The alcoholic drinks tasted horrible. The liquor was cheap and the taste was horrible. The next morning I was physically sick from the food. This restaurant is poor in customer serve and is not worth what we spent. I spoke to the manager who was wearing a tight gold metallic shirt about my experience. He tells me that every rest charges automatic gratuity for a party. I told him that other restaurants managers hold their service accountable when a paying customer is not satisfied. He removed the gratuity instead of taking the food completely off the bill especially my aunts since it was her birthday and she had a horrible experience. His customer service and assistance was horrible. I would never recommend eating here and I would never come back again.

The food was sub par but alright for its prices. Service was really slow. I asked for water and they brought it to someone who didn’t ask for water. When I asked for it again, he said they’re still making it. It’s water, not a cocktail or anything.
Someone who wasn’t our server helped us more than our actual server. Since we were a big group, gratuity was already included which went to the server who barely helped us instead who actually got us what we ordered since a couple plates of food were incorrect.
Spoke the owner about the service so they’re aware and can improve and instead of listening to our concerns, he brushed it off and said he’s never gotten complaints about that server before. So we asked to have the gratuity taken off the checks.
The speakers were so loud you could barely hear the person next to you.
Looks like a cool place but it’s just aesthetics. Not a place I’d return to because of bad service, bad management and food wasn’t anything going back for either.

The waiter was not attentive at all. He seemed shy or new. I felt like the service was not up to speed. We were ignored and pretty much set aside. The entertainment was good. I felt like they didn't take pride in making customers feel good since they probably get a full house every sat. So they really dont care to listen to any complaints. it wasnt a pleasant experience.

Trash ass place. Terrible customer service for a group of 13 for a birthday. Food was okay at best. Only good thing was the live entertainment. Don't waste your time. Never coming back
