I am sharing my opinion after countless visits at this restaurant and there are always issues with my order. This is the worst Panera Bread I have ever been to!! The staff NEVER gets the order right. I try to look, but in the drivethru you can't pull out everything and inspect it. I live close, so I realize when I get home that the order is wrong, so I have to drive back. No one cares and it is a waste of so much time!! Honestly, how intelligent do you have to be to fill a bag with food with the order printed right on it - you match the food to what is written. This has been happening for over a year and your staff really needs extensive training. My husband went back this everning to get some of our order, and they just laughed and thought it was funny. It is completly infuriating when you pay good money (Panera is expensive!) and you get people who don't care.

Update - I spoke to a manager and was supposed to get a refund for the several items that I did not receive and she assured me that she was going to process it. I never got the refund, so they stole my money as well. I truly hate this Panera.

Ordered delivery. A $60+ order. 2 of 4 items were made incorrectly plus missing a $4 bottle of orange juice. Called them right away. Got the usual bs apology. Was offered a refund. I said ‘ok’. Days later card still charged. Called cc co to ask if refund pending. Was told ‘no.’ Called the store back and was told they refunded it on their end and I would need to call uber as to the refund!!! Uber had NOTHING to do w/ PANERA royally screwing up the order. Steer very very clear unless you enjoy all that.

Parking lot has no lines for spaces, not sure if I parked in an actual spot?!? Food order took over 45mins for two sandwiches and two mac&cheese. While waiting saw a rat in the lobby! Told management about it, they didn't seem surprised at all... plus missing food item and added hair on tray. Mark's this as the worst dinning and only one star review ever written.

The reception was efficient & friendly. I was helped right away. There were only 2 other people inside eating, but 1 person preparing meals. He was extremely NOT in any hurry to do his job! I ordered a bowl of soup and he was preparing a sandwich in front of it. He stared at the bread & cheese for the longest time. I almost asked him if he was alright. It took 17 minutes to ladle a bowl of potato soup to go.

Parking: Small lot for free parking. Come winter, it might be difficult to get a close spot
Kid-friendliness: Small interior. I saw small tables.

I come here alot for the smoothies, and the bacon mac n cheese. However it's a hit or miss, the mac and cheese taste old, microwaved and clumped together half the time. And the other half it's fresh and creamy. I'm noticing it's happening more often. Almost $10 for some stale, overcooked microwave mac n cheese, I do not recommend. Even if I asked how fresh it is, they still wouldn't give you and honest answer.
