Panera left me with a terrible impression. The customer service is truly awful — staff are unfriendly, unprofessional, and show no interest in helping customers. Wait times are ridiculously long, the place feels disorganized, and the overall atmosphere is unpleasant.
At a restaurant, you expect courtesy and efficiency, but here I only found poor service, lack of respect, and zero attention to customers. Definitely do not recommend this place

Today I went Apopka location to have lunch with my daughter and my daughter have avocado skin in her sandwich and I get a hair I’m my cob salad, they give as a refund for the food but they ruin our lunch.

You all know Panera, but what's important is how each location is. This spot, the service was very friendly!! Fast too, and there was a lot of seating here. This location also has a drive thru available but I walked in for service, my preference. Got a pick 2 with Chicken Caesar Salad and Smokey Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and then another Chicken Caesar Salad. They tasted fresh
