The pizza was pretty good but I wanted the cup char peps was real excited about it and thats what I ordered online and got normal pepperonis. Not going to file a formal complaint but feel like I should of got what I ordered. That being said the pizza and quality of food was good and the driver was nice and respectful.

Always love papa John’s but I ordered their new pizza bites- and all 3 kinds I ordered tasted like the pepperonis were expired or the cheese had gone bad. I was very disappointed.

Let me start with the positives: the pizza was delivered hot, the pizza and the papadia tasted pretty good, our delivery driver was nice and very appreciative of the tip, and the price was fair for the portion size. I do recommend using the deals they have online. Unfortunately, it took over 2 hours for our order to get to us and the boneless wings didn't have enough sauce at all. I ended up calling to find out what was going on with the order since the online tracker showed it was still being made after an hour and a half. Overall not the worst experience but not worth a 2 hour wait time. The driver was nice though!

The food is always great from here. They are always nice when I go there. When they make me a vegan pizza, they always put enough toppings, so it doesn't look like it's just sauce and bread. I sometimes tell them not to cut it because I just add vegan cheese when I get home and pop it in the oven for a few minutes.

Dietary restrictions: If you are allergic to egg or cheese, you can ask for no cheese. There is no egg or dairy in their dough or sauce.
