I experienced a long wait to receive my order even though I received an email stating it was ready. When I arrived, there were only two employees working and more than five customers waiting for their orders. The delay was frustrating, especially since the notification suggested the order was prepared. Improving staffing levels or the accuracy of readiness notifications would greatly improve the customer experience

Papa Johns lost a customer for life! MARCOS HERE WE COME! We have been ordering from the lame Papa Johns Apopka location for 10 years. We called today to place an order & a foreign call center answered & told us we were now out of the delivery range for this store. They transferred me through to the store & I was told the same thing from that store, to order from a different store. I called again for the correct store & I was directed to & got the call center again. I could barely understand the guy on the phone had a thick accent as he was clearly in another country but he told me I was also out of range for this store as well. When I explained what I had been through he transferred me to that store which was the Kelly Park Apopka store. I could barely understand then due to static from a bad phone connection. The guy at the store told me I was indeed in range for their store & that they could deliver to me so I placed my order for 1 pizza & 1 cookie. He told me it would be $30 which I paid over the phone & 40 minutes to deliver to my home 3 miles away. 1 hour has passed so I called to check on the status of my order. I got the store & again could barely hear due to the loud static on the line. The worker told me they were working on my order & it hasn’t left yet & it would be another 10-15 minutes because they are short staffed. No apology, no offer for a coupon or free drink just an attitude like I was inconveniencing him for patronizing the business. When we asked to speak to a manager he said “you are speaking with one” and again gave an attitude that he could care less. We asked him to cancel our order & he agreed to. We ordered from Marcos & will never return to Papa Johns after this experience. We understand a late pizza, no problem, it happens. But the way this “manager” handled this matter & his attitude for us calling to check on our order after it was already 20 minutes late is what is unacceptable. Its sad that businesses like this are so poorly run, understaff their stores & sub their calls out of the country causing these type of things to happen. It will be sad to see businesses like these close but they can’t wonder why when these are the experiences their loyal customers get. We will take our business elsewhere.

Dough was tough and dry, chewy. Not much cheese for single topping pepperoni. Won't go back. The cinnamon rolls were very good but I ordered pizza not cinnamon rolls. Not much value for $$.

Ordered pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and got charged for it, but didn't get it.. I also ordered 3 cups of marinera sauce and didn't get it. They don't pay attention to orders made. As you can see from the pic, there is no extra sauce on the pizza and I got charged for it.

We ordered the Shaq pepperoni pizza. It looked nothing like the TV Comercial or the pictures. I thought it would have pepperoni all over it, but it had no more than a regular pepperoni pizza. I think they should really strive for quality and give the customers what they expect. IT IS NOT A RACE to give quality.

Thank you Papa John’s for opening last night, the day after the hurricane. The manager was back there supporting and helping get food orders out fast as possible. Was like a movie ! They did great even though the place was packed. Really appreciate all you for supporting the Apopka Kelly Park market,

I made an order online for Jalapeno bites. I paid a $5.50 delivery charge and included a $2 dollar tip, the item itself was $8 dollars. i paid about 16+ dollars to have this item delivered, when I live about 1.6 miles from this location. I kid you not, I ordered at 7:33pm, I didn't get it until 9pm and it was cold. I actually had to give the driver directions to my house, I had to share a location via google maps. Do not get delivery from this location ever, if you really have to have papa johns go pick it up.

Not sure why but the employees always seem so miserable at this location. Forgot being told hello as you walk in the door or goodbye as you leave but damn at least acknowledging your customers with words would suffice

I wanted the New York style pizza, but it wasn't available. The pizza I got was okay, though it had too much sauce, and the dough was a bit too soft, causing the toppings to slide off. It was also a bit too greasy.
