Probably the worst pap johns I've ever been to. Ordered online, pizza looked terrible at pick up, looked like they were making a large with the same amount of dough for a medium. Bubbles all over the place, they did remake it, but it looked just as bad.

They did a heck of a start up. The food is hot when you order in advance for a party they will have your order ready. Great start up guys. The managers are keeping on their employees and teaching the staff to work hard. You don’t see of that much anymore.

I was picking up my pizza around 8pm. The manager was so unprofessional. He was mad at the employees and was slamming things around. I think a lady quit tonight she was so upset at the manager. I was very uncomfortable. People were leaving without their order because of his behavior. When I talked to the Manger he smelled awful like BO and cigarettes. I will never get my pizza there again. This was the first time I had been there. I usually go to the Pappa John's off 411.4/17/23 UpdateNot one manager or owner has responded to my review. I guess they don't care about customer service. I guess I need to get corporates number.

Order here quite often but this night I ordered large Meat Lovers and one Hawaiian after eating the meat lovers I took a couple bites of the Hawaiian and got a really nauseous started throwing up sick the rest of the night in the next day was not feeling very well. Not a good experience I did call and said something so the Manger apologized and refunded my Debit card.
Ordered a large 3 topping and it was perfect! We are plant based, so asked for no cheese, pineapple, spinach and mushrooms. It was loaded!! Very clean restaurant and prompt service.

Ordered a Shaq-a-Ronni pizza and it was the worst pizza. It might of been better if it was fresh. It was hard as a rock, cold and tasted like it was 4 hours old. It didn't have hardly any pepperoni or cheese on it. This was our first time using this store, probably won't use it again. Normally Papa John's is good but this one is not.

I ordered two pizzas with extra cheese and two with regular. There’s absolutely no difference. Pizzas were dry and tasteless. Back to dominoes, heck even 7-Eleven pizzas are better.
