If you order online do not, I repeat, do not leave a tip... here’s why: We ordered online for drive up pick up. The instructions were simple - call when you arrive & we will bring out your pizza.
We called when we arrived, and we had to listen to recordings on their line for 30 minutes!!!!
Finally, we went inside to get our pizza, only to be told that the pizza had been ready. So we asked about the instructions to call when we got there - but having no one to answer....read full review
RUINED MY PARTY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 10 pizzas and three orders of wings for a large party I was having on 7/19/19 via the app. I got confirmation and my card was charged. 90 minutes later, when I had a house full of people, still no pizza. When I called the store I was told that although my card was charged, their system was down so my order would not be fulfilled and I would have to wait until their system came back online for a refund, then SHE HUNG UP ON...read full review
