Everything went well. My first time trying their cheesy bites pizza, and it tasted good. My pie could've been taken out the oven a minute sooner (the bites crust was a bit too done).

Not a good experience. Our last two orders were wrong, called the store on hold over 30 minutes. Customer service is non existent. We were very disappointed.

Just an FYI to anyone who tries to use the app. Make sure you know exactly how your pizza order will be placed as once it’s ordered, you will not be able to change. The phone number listed goes to an out of country call center and when you ask to call the store, you will be placed on a forever hold as the store doesn’t hear the phone ringing. I needed change my order from pickup to delivery once I saw that my order would only take 12 minutes. The duration I sat on hold was over 12 minutes, up until the point I arrived at the store to pick up my order. Here’s the kicker, the tip you add in the beginning cannot be modified after. My gratuity was intended for delivery, not to just make my pizza and had I known the gratuity was only for pickup, would have adjusted accordingly. I was told at the store gratuity mods cannot be made once the order is placed. Lesson learned for sure as well as one lost customer.

Ordered the new New York pizza and the only thing that tasted good was the anchovy that over powered the pizza. The sauce was bland and the dough was undercooked and this is not a rating because I went there once this is the fourth time I would never ever go there and please people just go across the street to Anthony’s Pizza in Apopka. Anything better than Pizza Hut?

Got the chicken Alfredo pasta, which I had to wait on as it was still being prepared. 5 min drive home, and Luke warm and cold in some spots. Not a good representation for Pizza Hut.

Had a mix up with the restaurant and the delivery time but the manager was super professional and very helpful, they only had one driver working at the time and I understood that means I might have to wait a little longer than expected, but they treated me with kindness and respect and I really appreciate it.

the one in apopka on rock springs road is terrible. The pan pizza is not the same as it used to be. And you have to order online to get the pizza deals.
