Love the food here, but the only thing that threw me off was when I come in at night you'd have this one young lady on her phone the whole time even service guests at tables talking about her whole life. People are just sitting around looking at her but no one on her team ever stopped her.
It was very unprofessional and rude to take orders while on your personal phone.
I'm not saying all pizza huts are the same but this particular location I strongly advise DO NOT go to this one. The pizza made my whole family sick, they forgot half of our order after arriving over an hour late, plus the pizza was cold. When I got on the phone to ask about the rest of my order, the worker hung up on me, literally slammed the phone down. Seriously do not buy from here.

Went in July 2024 ordered 3 topping tavern pizza here it had like one tablespoon of toppings on lg couldn’t even see the toppings'. Went to one in mount dora and it was packed with toppings need I say more won’t go back to this one ever, plus no buffet at this one either it’s a work a rant stand and order then sit down not like a regular restaurant , friendly workers but very very slow service

Got the big New Yorker pepperoni pizza. This pizza was good the first time I bought it couple months ago. But the second time around was horrible. Maybe it's due to ordering close to closing time or maybe just a different shift team whose not that great with making pizza. Either way it totally sucked worst than any other Pizza I ever had before. Pizza crust too thin, look like they completely forgot to put the sauce, cheese nearly invisible. Went overboard with the pepperoni and seasoning...smh. The presentation when I opened a box was utter disappointment. It look so dried out you would have thought it was pepperoni on cardboard. I probably would have been better off just eaten the box and left the pizza. That's how bad it was. Had to put the pizza in the air fryer as soon as it arrived because it wasn't even warm. My stomach started hurting within the first few bites. Think I'm going to stick with Marcos for now. To be fair I ordered from Pizza Hut many times and it was always good but tonight will be the last night for a while.

The pizza is pretty good-I'm pretty basic. The deals are great, that's why I go there. The staff was super friendly. I really enjoyed the experience.
Christy is a woman in the front that has a bad attitude The first time here when it was time to pay she just tru the change of Penny to my hand and I had to pick it up She looked like she was not happy to work here o maybe she mad because I didn't tip her when it's was a pick up order!!!!!

The manger is the sweetest lady and was training a new worker on the cash register but was nice respectful and calm why training the new guy I can see a big difference in this pizza hut

I ordered a large pizza and a Pepsi the pizza was horrible no tomato sauce and the pizza tasted like the cardboard box that it was in. The driver made a mistake and forgot the Pepsi he returned with the small Pepsi in 15 minutes worst part is the horrible pizza and lack of good customer service ? ?

This Pizza Hut is a husk of its former Self! it has fell really hard and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I ordered a pie with 10 toppings, and they felt the need to throw in some extra ones that I did not ask for to discover this when I got home. I called the store because black olives and grape tomatoes are not my thing. The manager was extremely rude, kept trying to over-talk me, so I naturally was trying to finish saying what I was saying and then she pulls the old “I’m yelling at her card” ( Clearly was not yelling and she was playing victim to not allow me to speak) wanted me to drive back in the middle of Friday-Florida 5pm traffic (IYKYK) and wait for them to make another pie. I wasn’t going through all of that especially living with disabilities and having to wait and take the trip in the first place being hungry, all for them to remake it and potentially spit on it, no thanks!
Parking: there’s plenty of places to park because nobody comes here
