When you hear the door bell because someone is entering, you should really take the time to find out what it is that they are there for! Stood at the counter for 15 minutes and NOTHING. Had to yell hello to get any kind of attention. Meanwhile, the pizza cutter guy with NO beard guard on (health code violation), had to come from the back to get my food out of the warmer (that was there from the moment I walked in) Do better!!!

I ordered a pizza at this location for pick up I was greeted so rudely by this blonde brownish haired lady with glasses, after this I won’t come back here never again. When picking up my order I asked her for napkins and Parmesan cheese she then flat out ignores me after I asked nicely i wasn’t rude at all just wanted a couple of items with my pizza. This is my last time coming here after being treated this way by that lady

My host was awesome, they where pretty quick at making my order.. The hand toss was great. But the thin crust man, That was like chewing cardboard with like dried sauce on it. PIZZA HUT Should stop selling or even offering this. Might as well had just dipped the box in sauce and ate that.

supervisor had an attitude made me waite over 15 mi utes for my order that was ready behind her for 10 minutes before the kitchen worker came out & give it to me while she solved an issue with costumers coupons she could had given me the order but she did not cared except this 2 costumer that had coupons paying under 2 dollars for their order

This Pizza Hut location is not good at all very rude staff and the food quality is not up to standards. Also the management team is not friendly at all maybe a change of leadership at this location is needed. I will not return due to my experience here.🙁🙁🙁
It’s a hit or miss at this place. Sometimes the food is really good but sometimes not so much. I ordered carry out and did not open the box until I got home. My cheese pizza and cheesy breadsticks were burnt. I was not going to go back so we ate the burnt pizza.

I had the pleasure of walking in to place an order where I met Michael. He was super friendly and helped me decide on two pizzas I couldn’t pick between. He knew the menu like the back of his hand and honestly, the pizza when handed to me, looked like the best pizza from a Pizza Hut or local chain I have ever seen. I will gladly come back to this Hut as long as Michael is holding down the fort and making them pies!

This place is absolutely terrible. I went in there at noon today. Nobody was at the front counter. I waited there for 15 minutes. My pizza supposed to pepperoni on it did not have it just had mushrooms and onions and this place is a terrible place to go to do not go to this place… and then ask for a tip.. lol for carry out as all three of you where in the back doing god knows what…

The manager Michael is extremely rude and unprofessional. He’s highly disgruntle towards his staff and customers. One easy fix turned into a huge situation because Micheal can’t control his temper or emotions. His staff continues to apologize for his behavior. Very concerned for the employees who have to work underneath his management.

Today I decided to order pizza and the manager ADRIAN that is their at 7:20 was so rude on the phone .i called wanting to know the deal they had on pizza and she kept asking me what was I looking for I said the deal on the pizza and she hung up on me as I was talking to her .so I called back 2 more time a guy I believe nick answered and I told him what was going on and he put me on hold and never got back on the phone .then I called back again and they answer and I asked for the manager and ADRIAN said she was the manger and I told her yur the manger and Yu are hanging up the phone on yur customers.then my husband hung up because she started to laugh .
