I absolutely love this coffee shop! It’s one of my favorite places—I go often with my running group, and sometimes I stop by when I need a little break during the day.
Today day, I went in feeling a little off and ordered an espresso. When it was served, the foam had a beautiful heart on top—and it honestly made my day. That simple touch brought such comfort. 💛
I also love sitting outside on the deck—it’s peaceful and the perfect little reset. Whether I’m catching up with friends or just taking a moment to myself, this spot never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Not only do they provide some of the best coffee/lattes in Central Florida, but they’ve helped revitalize a small section of Apopka. Hanging out at the Propagate/Shadehouse/Halls on 5th trio is a Friday-night must, while Propagate on its own provides your daily drink needs and more.
Went on a weekend that they had vendors outside so it was a bit busy but they got through the orders fairly quick. It has a nice vibe and the drinks were good. Parking is easy to find since there’s free parking lots and street parking. Overall good 👍

It was our first time here and it did not disappoint! The outdoor deck is awesome and our pup loved it! We did bottomless mimosas and a gin whisper and everything was amazing! Corrina was an awesome bartender and was so unbelievably sweet, professional, and attentive and we’d honestly come back just for her!
