We are from New England, where you get the freshest seafood. This place is just like that. My husband had soft shell conch and said it was the best he ever had. I had the haddock and it was a fresh as I had back in New England. This place is the place to go to if you want the freshest and best tasting seafood. We will definitely be returning. Thank you chef for also letting me taste the New England clam chowder.

We are officially done with this restaurant. I’ve tried to give it a chance since the new owners took over but the attitude on customers is completely sad, today was the last straw. Basically my wife went in to get three shrimp and chips orders to go. Was confirmed by person behind the counter and receipt. Given the food packaged up with plastic bag tied in knot so you have to rip it open. Get home and first order is fish and chips, ok not right but my wife said she would just have that one. Open the next 2 and both the same, all fish and chips. Wife called because the other 2 people don’t eat fish. Called them and given the phone to the manager or owner. Basically he said it’s not their fault, we should have confirmed what’s inside the styrofoam containers before leaving. The topping on the cake was he admitted this is not something uncommon and again reiterated it’s all our fault. I have personally received wrong items in the past but wasn’t a big deal as it was something I still would eat. We have spent over $500 here since they took over, trying to support local businesses, today was the last penny they get from us. Unfortunately there is a serious cultural issue on customer service, and their refusal to accept that will be their downfall. And we are both Hispanic.

Food is good but they don't give you tarter sauce or cocktail sauce. Half the time the order is missing something. They don't staple the bag shut to ensure no one is getting in the bag. I even called them and told them the importance. They said they would but they don't. It shows they don't care about you safety so they probably don't put care into your food either.

I put a special note to not forget utensils. They stilll sent the meal without utensile! I call them and they don't care, they claim there's no manager on duty. Very poor customer service. never again and I"ll be spreading the reviews.

Once again, the food was so fresh and not overcooked. Our waitress kept our cups full even though it was a little busy. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
