After reviewing the options for a few moments and unable to decide, I asked the girl with braces behind the counter what the healthiest option was out of their selections and she said it would be the sugar free one. I asked if it was any good and rather than offering a sample she simply stated; don't know I've never had it, I like sugar.
We have always loved this custard, however there are some seriously slipping standards here. Came on a Friday and had an empty restaurant. Employee just stared at me waiting for me to speak and didn't say a word. Product was fine, but the only word out of her mouth was my total which was underneath her breath. Both employees disappeared to the back area and played on their phones, talking loudly and with some expletives coming out loud enough to hear. Restaurant was filthy...read full review

My husband and I decided we would like some Italian ice tonight. Walked into Rita’s and I say hello to two girls behind the counter. Neither one of the girls looked up and one simply said “hey!” In a completely mad tone. We looked around and decided to just go to Walgreens for Italian ice.
